Report and evaluation of demonstration casesThis deliverable will give a synthesis based on all demonstration cases and the lessons learned.
Future needs of the administration of the CAP and benefits that can be delivered to users and data providersThis deliverable will detail how the administrative needs of a system like IACS will develop and how a system could be made to also address farmer needs
Landscape of agri-food ICT technologies within EUThis deliverable will provide a detailed analysis of the currently established agrifood technological solutions along with their respective adoption status and observed barriers across EU countries
Identification of potential pathways for future monitoring and evaluation framework policiesIdentification of the most promising pathways combinations of current systems and new developments to provide data for future monitoring and evaluation needs
Emerging ICT technologies for the agricultural domainThis deliverable will provide an analysis on the most promising data and information technologies that are expected to support the agricultural ecosystem of the future
Best practices on the adoption of ICT agricultural technological solutionsThis deliverable will contain an analysis of best practices and lessons learned from the adoption of ICT technological solutions
Policy brief for exploitation of resultsThis policy brief, developed as a ‘Summary for Policy-Makers’ of the Innovation Agenda done by WP6 (D6.3) will aim to disseminate the key elements of the exploitation plan of MEF4CAP in a format and language tailored to policy-makers and CAP stakeholders.
Review of evolving CAPThis will establish the direction in which the CAP is moving and likely policy developments.
Innovation AgendaThis deliverable describes the long, medium and short term actions to innovate the PMEF and its current components and innovations required to make optimal use of new technologies.
Potential of current systems and ICT developments for future data needsAssessment of the potential of the current systems and the new technologies to provide data for the future monitoring and evaluation needs
Identified New technological opportunities from Collaboration with EU projects and initiativesThis deliverable will be a live document which captures the various liaison activities and outcomes extracted by the collaboration efforts with EU project and other related initiatives The document will be updated in month 20 and 30 with new developments
Review of current monitoring systemsInventory of the current monitoring and evaluation systems in terms of goals scope data sources workflow results and indicators and the projects to innovate these systems
Wish list of indicators for different Monitoring and Evaluation needsTaking account of the evolving CAP, this deliverable contains a wish list of metrics that could be developed to facilitate monitoring and evaluation tailored to the needs of the future CAP. How these needs can be met will then be explored in WP3.
This event will bring together key stakeholders of MEF4CAP to celebrate the successes of the project and present its outcomes, in particular focusing on the long-term exploitation of results by all relevant stakeholders
Communication activitiesA comprehensive package of communications activities will ensure MEF4CAP effectively informs and engages relevant stakeholders. This will involve: tweets, news items on the MEF4CAP website, EU press coverage, a quarterly newsletter, presentations at external events, and publications in scientific journals. An update will be made available in Month 31
The MEF4CAP portal will be the central point of information on monitoring evaluation needs indicators applied and sources of data ranging from current CMEF to new ICT developments
