It summarizes the interfaces and components required for the service orchestration and infrastructure control system, as well as the implementation of the different components developed mostly in T4.2. For each identified component, the deliverable will report component functional tests, and individual KPIs.

This deliverable will summarize initial journal and article publications. It will highlight the technical proposals to SDOs, and their intention and possible outcomes. This software deliverable will report the release of the B5G-OPEN components that have been developed within the scope of WP4 such as the SDN controller and agents, the telemetry system, or the smart ML-driven control algorithms. A supporting document will report a high-level description of the software and sub-components, features specifically implemented for B5G-OPEN, the status at the end of the project, whether it is available for public use, and location of the repository, contributions to standards and Open Source projects and functional tests.
