This deliverable will be based on the work done in T5.1 and will report on the final techno-economic validation of the B5G-OPEN architectural solutions

B5G-OPEN Final report on communication, dissemination, and standardisation activities (si apre in una nuova finestra)

This final deliverable will provide an overall assessment of the project activities related to WP6 and summarise of the main contributions and how they have impacted industry and academia. It will evaluate the success and highlight strengths and weaknesses. The deliverable will also outline the further exploitation and dissemination plans, beyond the life B5G-OPEN.

It reports on the first outcomes of tasks T41 and T42 specifying the detailed architecture of the Node Operating System and its internal components along with the functional architecture of the overall infrastructure control and service management based on a set of service and operational requirements Initial considerations regarding interfaces and protocols will be provided

It reports on the ML-driven autonomic network operating system, enabled features, showing the benefits in terms of OPEX reduction as well as the performance of smart technologies such as placement algorithms.

This deliverable will report on the final version of the B5G-OPEN transport platform design and modelling, MB optical subsystems and devices, optical access and X-haul, and AI-based packet and optical monitoring.

Specification of Interfaces, Protocols Component design and implementation (si apre in una nuova finestra)

It summarizes the interfaces and components required for the service orchestration and infrastructure control system, as well as the implementation of the different components developed mostly in T4.2. For each identified component, the deliverable will report component functional tests, and individual KPIs.

B5G-OPEN Year 2 report on communication, dissemination, and standardisation activities (si apre in una nuova finestra)

This deliverable will summarize initial journal and article publications. It will highlight the technical proposals to SDOs, and their intention and possible outcomes. Finally, the deliverable will outline the education programme, workshops, webinars and invited lectures on MSc and PhD programmes that exist or are planned.

D2.1 will include the Use Cases with their requirements and the associated KPIs, and the candidate network architectures and the design methods developed to plan and optimize both performance and cost.

This deliverable will be based on the work done in T5.3 and T5.4 and will report on the final experimental validation of the B5G-OPEN solution

Software release of different components (si apre in una nuova finestra)

This software deliverable will report the release of the B5G-OPEN components that have been developed within the scope of WP4 such as the SDN controller and agents, the telemetry system, or the smart ML-driven control algorithms. A supporting document will report a high-level description of the software and sub-components, features specifically implemented for B5G-OPEN, the status at the end of the project, whether it is available for public use, and location of the repository, contributions to standards and Open Source projects and functional tests.
