Neuronal microscopy for cell behavioural examination and manipulation

Deliverables

Project handbook

The operational procedures will be summarized in the Project Handbook a summary of procedures for management quality assurance and quality control reporting and cost follow up to all actors in the project so as to facilitate effective and efficient contribution and reporting while complying with the contractual framework and best management practices

Plans for dissemination of the results and training activities

The objective for this deliverable is to describe the dissemination strategy of the project REVEAL. For example, the dissemination strategy will rely on:•Creating the project visual identity and publishing the public dissemination materials via a dedicated project website•Designing and circulation of all templates for external communication by the partners ensuring that no patentable information is disclosed•Keeping track of all project publications and public disclosures•Informing all the partners of related events and conferences and encourage participation in the most relevant ones•Raise policy makers and scientific awareness via the use of social networks (Twitter, LinkedIn) to spread the project results into the outside worldThe firts deliverable will be delivered on M12, and an update will be provided on M24 and M36.

Murine models, cell lines and derived cells Murine models, cell lines and derived cells

Laboratory mice when subjected to environmental or nutritional challenges have been shown to develop hepatocellular carcinoma. At various stages of the disease progression, livers will be isolated, tumours will be excised and FACS sorted to isolate tumour cells for imaging and omic analysis. Cell lines and models developed at ENS Lyon will be used for training of neural networks on the prototype devices at the ENS Lyon or CEA.

Project Data Management Plan

The Data Management Plan (DMP) will describe how REVEAL will collect, process, share and protect the data produced by the project partners. The DMP will be consistent with the intellectual property right (IPR) policy (i.e., IP, confidentiality and publication provisions) to be defined in the Consortium Agreement (at the beginning of the project) and updated as any changes occur in the consortium policies.
