Data Management and System Failure Management Plan v2 (opens in new window)To ensure system failure management as well as ethical requirements during the project, the task will include a Data Management and System Failure Management Plan in M6 and M24 in compliance with EC rules. This plan will cover the handling of data during and after the project lifetime, the rules for collecting, processing, using and generating data and the standards to be applied; and will state the base for partners’ participation in the “Pilot on Open Research Data in Horizon 2020”.

From the joint pilot report which encompasses all the operational results and data from the pilots from T6.2 – T6.6, selected results to be shared in a public deliverable will be produced.
Throughout the duration of SMART2B, several printed, electronic and audio-visual material including relevant infographics will be produced aiming at reaching a variety of stakeholders and the wider public. SMART2B’s visual identity will be developed at the beginning of the project (M3) to allow the production of promotion material such as project leaflet, project poster and roll up. Content input for the promotion material and dissemination will be provided by all the partners, while D1 will coordinate the creation, polishing, printing and production of promotion material. At least 3 promotional videos will be produced to effectively disseminate SMART2B activities and results. Moreover, project brochures, posters & pop up stands will be also designed and created within T8.2 to ensure SMART2B’s visibility into the researchers’ initiatives, as well as to get feedback on the various products developed.
