WP1 Continual management of the project The project consortium kick-off meeting delivered, Quarterly partner meetings were held with venues rotating between project partners, Monthly conference call meetings held throughout the period, 5 partner meetings and five project management meetings (PMT). Kick-off meeting was done held October 2021
WP2 Measured the current level of energy and digitisation skills maturity, knowledge, and understanding within the built environment sector integrated with the process of digital transformation of the AEC industry, especially regarding drivers, barriers, and gaps. Produced an updated review of state of the art, based on the most up to date literature and survey data.
WP3 Development of task-based qualification framework was mainly done in tasks 3.1 and 3.2. Continuing Professional Development (CPD) system task 3.3 has started at the end of 2022 on the elaboration of ‘Upskilling pathways’ by using the task-based unit of learning outcomes for compilation of proper upskilling modules. In T3.4 the outcomes of T3.2 enables both the generation of micro-learning learning statements usable for learning analytics and usable as input for validated learning accomplishments by using blockchain.
WP4 Delays in finalising the task reports for WP4, due to an accumulation of several problems In partner discussions with KEA we have rectified these problems in December 2022 a Tasks T4.2 and T4.3 have since being handed over to ISSO to complete and these will be submitted in Q1 2023.This realignment has been agreed with all partners and will ensure that the project reporting will get back on track.
WP5 Have established the most common methodologies, materials, delivery tools, and assessment methods used in digital construction and sustainability. The recommendations that were put forward were based on the key findings in this report. Building on the previous work by the BIM-EPA, Identification and selection of learning material to be used in the piloting stages of the project.
WP6 Focused on first objective are tasks 6.1 to 6.3 and correspondent D.6.1 and 6.2 Also worked in preliminary works and development of or towards other tasks, such as 6.4 and 6.5 as we will report further detail.Have carried our development on an approach and methodology for collecting and presenting a package of materials to offer a representation of the Qualifications Recognition Scheme and Maturity Level.
WP7 Developing an international approach to market implementation of skills, and through its actions, will inform the market on how to use the skills and qualifications and maintain their high-quality level through continuous engagement with the ARISE program. Also developing an alignment matrix for recognition and registration of learners, verification of assessment and issue of certificates, Quality Assurance & Quality Control procedures to maintain the program quality, which will provide a means of evaluating the impact of the training
WP8 The visual identity manual to provide a clear visual image and rules to be applied by all project projects; ARISE website designed and managed, with seven national translated websites. Social Media accounts on LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube, managed by ACE. Three social media campaigns complete: introducing the partners, ARISE in one minute, and ARISE publications. The newsletter template developed. Report, presentation, meeting minutes, agenda, and news template for partners to use.Communication and Dissemination plan complete, the project channels for dissemination and communication, and the Key Performance Indicators to be monitored and achieved in the project. The brochure translated in all partner languages and the roll-up poster.
