Detailed requirements for the assessment model data needs and KPIs against which the PORTable innovations are tested Methodology for the assessment method and which data needs to be provided

Cross cooperation & synergies plan (early version)

A detailed overview explaining what are the initiatives PIONEERS is partnering with the added value to bring from such synergies and an evaluation of the impact of the concrete actions developed in T103 early in the project

Interim Actions Status Report

This report will detail the progress and initial performance results demos and actions against project objectives and expected impact for the lighthouse and each one of the fellow ports. It will also describe improvements to maximise impact to be used as feedback for WP4-WP7.

PIONEERS detailed project plan

The project plan will be drawn up early in the project and will identify important linkscritical paths between WP47 demonstrator tasks in order to maximise synergies and an efficient project planning The project plan will feed into the Cotransferability innovation and implementation framework and plan for cotransferabilityM12 as this will require a good understanding of the implementation timescales for the port pilot activities in order to assign them to either the first or second wave of transferability

Intermediate report on a decisionmaking system based on Vessel location

Documentation and preliminary conclusions of technical and economic implications of the decision-making system based on vessel location deployment in the demo.

Innovation assessment results of year 1

The main innovation assessment results are summarised in a report after each year including an innovation radar map containing the assessment result in visual form including the potential impact and the associated timeline

Design report on the autonomous container shuttle solution

This report will detail the description of the solution incl designs subsystems and components specifications lit of software tools etc

Modal shift and flows optimization Scoping Document

This report will include the design technical specifications and data requirements of demonstrations linked to the Modal Shift and Flows Optimization Action The correlation of this action and demo cases with other actions and innovations will also be documented

International partners Legal and Ethical Compliance

This deliverable will specifically focus on the various compliance aspects for the international partners and will be an easy to use handbook for them as well as for the project coordinator throughout the project

PIONEERS Scenarios, Personas, Use Cases and Demonstration Requirements

This report will include the definition of PIONEERS scenarios involved personas and use cases It will also list Demonstration requirements in a structured Requirements Traceability Matrix

Summary of the workshops organised for each Energy Transition segment and a list of the relevant actions and measures that ports have to implement in their GPMP towards a Green and sustainable Port

Data Management Plan – Mid-term Update

The Data Management Plan is a living document that should evolve during the course of the project. At the moment, only one version of the DMP is foreseen in the GA (D11.4). Two additional releases are envisaged that should improve the initial version delivered in Month 6. In the mid-term version of the deliverable in M18 (with the scope of the demonstrations closed), we will add the detail of the data that will be used in all the demonstrators and describe the role of each partner in the management of the data. In the final version in M54 (a couple of months later than the end of demos) we will report the actual data that has been used in all the demonstrations.

Port Stakeholder Analysis and End-User Needs

A report including the classification and inventory of an extended and comprehensive list of people institutions authorities and industries involved and influencing the smart portcity ecosystem and relative enduser needs

Sustainable Port Design Scoping Document

This report will include the design technical specifications and data requirements of demonstrations linked to the Sustainable Port Design Action The correlation of this action and demo cases with other actions and innovations will also be documented

Draft plan for exploitation and dissemination of project results

First version of the exploitation and dissemination strategy for the different PIONEERS results, aimed at maximising exposure and transferability of the innovations.

This report includes the outcomes of a comprehensive study, based on desk research as well as interviews held with PIONEERS stakeholders regarding the State-of-the-Art, gaps and the European ports’ challenges, enablers and barriers in their effort to become Green Ports.

Baseline scenario

Report describing the business-as-usual scenario (BAU) in which the current trends related to Clean Energy Production, Storage & Supply, Port Efficiency, Modal shift and flows optimization and Digital Transformation are developed.
