Interim Actions Status Report

This report will detail the progress and initial performance results demos and actions against project objectives and expected impact for the lighthouse and each one of the fellow ports. It will also describe improvements to maximise impact to be used as feedback for WP4-WP7.

PIONEERS detailed project plan

The project plan will be drawn up early in the project and will identify important linkscritical paths between WP47 demonstrator tasks in order to maximise synergies and an efficient project planning The project plan will feed into the Cotransferability innovation and implementation framework and plan for cotransferabilityM12 as this will require a good understanding of the implementation timescales for the port pilot activities in order to assign them to either the first or second wave of transferability

Documentation and preliminary conclusions of technical and economic implications of the decision-making system based on vessel location deployment in the demo.

Demo report on the autonomous container shuttle solution

This report will document all demonstration operation and provide a technical assessment of the solution’s performances.

Documentation and final conclusions of technical and economic implications of the decision-making system based on vessel location deployment in the demo.

Actions and policies for sustainable commute to the port

This report will summarize the lessons learned during the different actions implemented in the framework of the smart and sustainable commuting for port companies with the ambition to serve as a guide for other ports/cities that are interested in launching a similar project.

Data Management Plan – Mid-term Update

The Data Management Plan is a living document that should evolve during the course of the project. At the moment, only one version of the DMP is foreseen in the GA (D11.4). Two additional releases are envisaged that should improve the initial version delivered in Month 6. In the mid-term version of the deliverable in M18 (with the scope of the demonstrations closed), we will add the detail of the data that will be used in all the demonstrators and describe the role of each partner in the management of the data. In the final version in M54 (a couple of months later than the end of demos) we will report the actual data that has been used in all the demonstrations.

A report including the classification and inventory of an extended and comprehensive list of people institutions authorities and industries involved and influencing the smart portcity ecosystem and relative enduser needs

Demo report full hydrogen straddle carrier

As a preparation to full zero-emission operations, a full hydrogen vehicle will be tested: comparison between a fuel cell system in combination with a battery pack versus a mono-fuel spark-engine with a battery pack. This report will summarize the test results.

State of the Art, Gaps and Challenges for Green Ports

This report includes the outcomes of a comprehensive study, based on desk research as well as interviews held with PIONEERS stakeholders regarding the State-of-the-Art, gaps and the European ports’ challenges, enablers and barriers in their effort to become Green Ports.
