Dissemination and Exploitation Strategy (DES) M3

Year one report detailing the communication and dissemination strategy and its implementation through a dissemination activity plan. It also features an integrated IP ownership and exploitation strategy.

Data and Knowledge Management plan

Definition of the items that are subjected to intellectual property and the procedures to exchange information among the partners. Updates will be informed during project reports.

Designs of the OMSs for PHM and SoH purposes

Report on the design of all subsystems for reading the critical parameters for online monitoring of SCs, converters, battery, and motor.

Environmental assessment of materials and processes

Report on the environmental impact assessment of the materials and manufacturing processes required for the proposed power converters employing the chip-embedded integration technology.

Ruggedness and aging analysis of selected power semiconductor devices

Report on the ruggedness and aging shown by representative power devices. These results will serve as input for the preliminary converter mock-up designs.

Ruggedness and aging analysis of the SCs

Report on the ruggedness and aging shown by the manufactured SCs in WP4, serving as a complementary data to the SC characterization performed in WP4.

Gender Equality Action plan

Report on the considered features of the SCAPE technology that must be considered from a gender perspective and how these are addressed.

Year two report detailing the DES.

Dissemination and Exploitation Strategy (DES) M27

Year three report detailing the DES.

Test cases

Report defining the test cases that will serve as an acceptance criterion of the requirements of all levels.

Selection of switching-cell main power semiconductor devices

Report on the literature review of WBG power devices state-of-the-art, suitable for EV power conversion, as well as on comprehensive review about future trends based on emerging technologies such as diamond or Ga2O3. The report will determine the candidate references to be used in the implementation of the SCs.
