Definition of the items that are subjected to intellectual property and the procedures to exchange information among the partners. Updates will be informed during project reports.

Report on the design of all subsystems for reading the critical parameters for online monitoring of SCs, converters, battery, and motor.

Environmental assessment of materials and processes (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Report on the environmental impact assessment of the materials and manufacturing processes required for the proposed power converters employing the chip-embedded integration technology.

Ruggedness and aging analysis of selected power semiconductor devices (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Report on the ruggedness and aging shown by representative power devices. These results will serve as input for the preliminary converter mock-up designs.
