Deliverables

Demonstrators of three main systems: the THzspectroscopy-assisted ATL process, the HUM&M system and the digitally-assisted repair tools. It will include the data acquired from their respective Digital Twin during the demonstration.

ATL process window

This report will show reliable process parameters for in-situ consolidation of 3R-resin tapes and TP tapes with given DoC and DoCr, respectively. It will also describe the influencing factors of processing parameters

Risk management plan - Third update

This report will include new identified potential risks, its associated mitigation measures and the ways of monitoring them.

Plan for dissemination including communication activities

The concrete strategy that will be followed regarding the Dissemination and Communication activities will be elaborated at the beginning of the project and will be monitored and updated throughout the entire project.

Final communication & dissemination plan & project legacy pack

Report on the dissemination and communication activities performed throughout the project. Informative material presenting the results to be used by all partners in events after the end of the project.

Quality assurance plan

This document will set the rules and ways of verification for quality assessment of the project results.

Digital transformative composite repair heating

This report will describe the optimization tool for the design of heating blankets and in-line process control of heating.

Initial MRO assessment

This report will compile a preliminar analysis of the MRO protocols for maintenance of the aricraft composite structures and how will they be impacted by the GENEX technologies.

This report will include the exploitation roadmap for individual GENEX results and partners and the IPR handling.

Guidelines for composite repair certification

This deliverable will report guidelines detailing future certification of the composite repair for primary aircraft composite structures.

This report will describe the internal technical and administrative management procedures

Visual identity, initial communication toolkit, public website & social media groups

The project logo, poster, leaflet, templates, website, and social media pages will be created.

This report will include the numerical models that describe the curing reaction kinetics of 3R-tapes and the crystallization kinetics of PAEK in ATL process. It includes the description of software components.
