Use case evaluation report (opens in new window)

Part of task 3.2 Per use case, a brief evaluation report is written, indicating whether all planned scenarios were tested. If foreseen activities have not taken place, it is described why and how this is resolved.

Quality Management Plan (opens in new window)

Management plan to ensure high quality of public project deliverables Produced as part of task 72 the PM will establish efficient management and reporting mechanisms set up a framework for internal communication facilitate exchange among partners and coordinate the production of reports An internetbased collaboration and documentmanagement platform will be set up together with facilities for onlinetelephone conferences

Monitoring and demonstration activities report (opens in new window)

Needed data and basic reports to have detailed inputs and be able to calculate the KPI and or feed models. A first version will be available in M24,update & final report at the end. The following information will be collected: measured data (power, frequency, peak power, state of charge, commands (request by external parties),market prices/of-fers and gender disaggregated user preferences, requests as part of task 4.2

Stakeholder analysis report (opens in new window)

Part of Task12 Analysis of challenges barriers and participation motives of stakeholders The results will be taken up in tasks13and 14Elaad will lead this analysis being a neutral party with a good overview of stakeholders

Report on consumer behaviour (opens in new window)

Report on consumer behaviour, challenges, barriers, incentive schemes, and participation motives of consumers in smart charging and V2X charging. This knowledge will be used to identify the best value propositions to each consumer segment and to develop the user interaction design. This report is part of Task1.1, periodically updated with intermediate reports in M6 and M16.

Risk analysis (opens in new window)

Part of task 2.1. This document and the update describes the risk analysis of the development and technological point of view together with the mitigation strategies. This output will feed into the project risk assessment. Two risk analysis rounds are envisaged: 1)Month 12 (a priori, with mitigation/alternative solutions) and 2)Month 30 (a posteriori, analysis of actual risks occurred & mitigation strategies applied).

V2X Alliance Terms of Reference of the network (opens in new window)

Lays out the strategy, management procedures & template for Memorandum of Understanding to formalise the transition from the SCALE Reference Group into the V2X Alliance taken up in task 6.4. SCALE will set up a multi-stakeholder group (Cities/regions, OEMs, grid-operators, end-users, DSOs, CPOs, etc.) to ensure end-user feedback. The European V2X Alliance members will be invited to 3 physical workshops, the Bidirectional City events in Utrecht and 3 online events, benefiting from capacity building (Task 6.5).

Communication, Dissemination & Exploitation Plan (opens in new window)

A Communication Dissemination and Exploitation Plan CDE will be ready in task 61 by Month 6 and updated halfway through the project It will include CDE objectives with quantifiable KPIs appropriate monitoring tools produced in task 61 M6 with updates in M18

Report on city needs & challenges in integrated planning for smart charging and V2X services (opens in new window)

Part of Task13 Identification of overarching needs and challenges of cities in integrated planning regulation of mobility energy systems a survey and focus group interviews will be conducted to collect data on needs and challenges of30stakeholders eg city regional planners DSO TSO and added value of V2G and smart charging in different cities

Capacity Building Plan (opens in new window)

Create a framework for SCALE capacity building programme for European V2X Alliance members to replicate SCALE results within their mobility ecosystem SCALE will conceptualise capacity building activities to empower European V2X Alliance members to bring project outputs into their daily operations Training modalities will include peertopeer exchanges site visits capacity building workshops and publicly available topical fact sheets developed in task 65

Training material and assessment (opens in new window)

Result of task 4.6. This Deliverable will present the training content that will be prepared, along with its assessment results by selected end-users. At the end of the training, an on-line evaluation of the training programme and material will be performed (by at least 20 selected male and female users and stakeholders, representing all the demo sites) to assess effectiveness of content, material and delivery methods to the community/stakeholders; online feedback will be gathered and the results will be analysed and presented.

List of hard- and software requirements (opens in new window)

List containing all requirements for the hard and software components used in the smart charging and V2X architecture Building on the smart charging and V2X architecture from task 14 the requirements of the hardand software components design are analysed and outlined in task 15 The results of the analysis provide input to WP2 so that the technological gap between the architecture and the current state of the technology can be determined

Update protocol definitions (opens in new window)

Part of task 23 Definition of security specification and privacy specifications This document contains specifications modification to protocols open protocols interactions between softwarehardware components Through workshops with actors detailed functional use case descriptions API designs and payload definitions of the different messages will be defined to deliver a clear scope of work for software development in Task 24andinput for developing test plans for interoperability testing under Task 25

SCALE Assessment and Monitoring Framework (opens in new window)

Part of task 41 The task will deliver a plan with a roadmap for assessing performance of Use Cases as defined in WP1 T13 incl impact of the smart charging strategies on the electrical system level Aggregator DSO TSO accounting for predefined SCALE impact areas i demand flexibility ii storage resiliency iii smart energy consumption management iv economic viability v social acceptance including gender differences in acceptance and vi smart urban mobility Assessment plan of the project based on which the demos activities will be realised It will include evaluation parameters metrics tools standards data ontologies

Local Communication Plans (opens in new window)

Local communication plan from the project onto the citiesregions these plans will establish a communication strategy for the different pilot sites produced in task 63 Polis will liaise with use case leaders to operationalise local communication plans tailored to each site including appointing a local communication manager per site in line with D61 relate to sitebased enduser training WP3 and prepare materials for local communication in local languages

Specifications and IT Use-Case definition for V2X services (opens in new window)

Part of task 22 This specification will define the uses cases the supported services and the GUI needed for the end user to be able to participate optimize the workflowdataflows

Smart charging and V2X system architecture (opens in new window)

Part of task1.4. Parameters of smart charging and V2X system architecture applicable to all Innovation Clusters. Throughout the project, the architecture (smart charging / V2X) topology will be adjusted when this proves to be necessary during development in WP2, pilots in WP3, or exploitation potential analysis in WP5.

SCALE risk register (opens in new window)

Risk assessment contingency are linked to regular project processes SCALE adopts a processoriented approach towards risk reduction incl regular evaluation meetings with stakeholders at local level The report is part of task 73 which will be carried out in close alignment with T21 Risk analysis

Use Case set-up reports (opens in new window)

In task 31 the physical elements designed in WP 1 and developed in WP 2will be implemented at the pilot sites Per use case the exact charging concept implemented and the scenarios services that will be tested in that use case are described

Tool implemented and tested on at least 1 pilot/city (opens in new window)

The city of Utrecht develops a tool helping cities plan for integrated, shared & private EV mobility and EV charging infrastructure rollout, incl. congestion forecast &management in different environments, enabling interaction with additional energy networks (including heating/cooling, gas). By M28, in task 2.6, a software tool and manual possible to answer city planning and simulation regarding the V2G uptake, the tool will be used to give the planning and model to at least one pilot will be ready.

V2G product/software (opens in new window)

Part of task 2.4. This entails defining the software architecture, developing the solution and testing its implementation so that it meets the requirements from Task 2.3. The outcome is the different software/hardware components ready to run and interact together with each other and the end-user.
