Resultado final

1st Report on national needs

The reports will describe the results of the first round of surveys launched among the NHs to identify the existing knowledge gaps requests suggestions and expertise The reports will describe the suggestions formed and actions taken to promote the sustainable development of NHs

Report on the conceptual design and development guidelines of the PARC EWS

Report on the conceptual design and development guidelines of the PARC EWS - leader: SLU (AE of SEPA)This report will describe the conceptual design configuration of the early warning system envisaged in PARC coupling computational with analytical approaches to allow for integrative early warning regarding signals of the emergence of chemicals of concern in the environment and consumer and food products. The report will serve as the blueprint for the development of the system providing operational guidelines and user requirements translated into system requirements.

Report on the establishment of the interactions with SF and IB

The report will include the selection criteria and members of the SF and IB

PARC governance process timeline

Timeline providing the important input collection meetings reporting requirements

Report on the conceptual design of the integrative tools

Report on the conceptual design of the integrative toolsThis report will provide the description of the conceptual design configuration of the integrative modelling platform network to be developed by PARC in order to meet the research and regulatory questions expected in PARC linking to the data infrastructure developed in WP7 its software architecture and a blueprint for software implementation

1st Mapping of Needs report

This deliverables will describe the first exercise that will be perform to identify priorities for PARC from partners but also from third parties (as users of PARC results). These priorities will reflect the information needs of policy makers at both EU and national levels with regards to human and environmental exposure to chemicals and resulting health impacts. This will be done by engaging with the scientific community, regulatory entities and key stakeholders and harvesting their needs through surveys, workshops and documents that will specify regulatory needs and what activities and processes are necessary to achieve these objectives.

Report on the conceptual design of the SSbD toolbox

Report on the conceptual design of the SSbD toolbox This report will describe the conceptual design configuration of the SSbD toolbox, covering all aspects of the SSbD process and criteria for SSbD chemicals and materials. This document will be the blueprint for the further development of the SSbD toolbox. It will result from extended consultation with the relevant stakeholders and will ensure the full compliance with the SSbD criteria developed by the European Commission. The SSbD toolbox design will ensure that tools developed outside of PARC can be readily integrated into the toolbox.

Data Management Plan (DMP)

Data Management Plan DMP Leader TNO AE of RIVM

AWP Y3 including PARC Project Portfolio

Description of the activities to be implemented during year 3, including the updated PARC Project Portfolio with projects that are in the planning/executive phase

Communication and Dissemination Strategy

Description of the Communication and Dissemination Strategywill bedevelopedidentifying target audiences and including a roadmap for the production of relevant communication materials and tools

Rapid Response Report

In order to respond to new and urgent needs for information in the EU policy community and at national level, a rapid response mechanism will allow policy makers to submit requests for specific information. This deliverable will describe the process put in place in PARC to answer to these urgent needs and illustrate with first request if there is already one. These information requests may require new surveys on particular chemicals or in particular geographical regions (respecting the scope of countries included in PARC consortium).

Optimised list of indicators

Optimised list of indicators - leader: DOMG (AE of VITO)A monitoring and evaluation framework was already prepared, previous to PARC submission, including a long list of key performance indicators. It was used as basis for the PSIPS and KPI table (see First Biennial Monitoring Report for European Partnerships). This initial set of indicators will be further developed and optimised to prepare an optimised list of indicators for upcoming years. This will be done in collaboration with the MB, GSB and the GB, NHs and stakeholders, to ensure its relevance for evaluating the progress of the Partnership’s key, useful and impactful results. The list will include baselines and clear targets and will feed into the annual ASR reporting. A revised list will be produced on month 40 to be used within the mid-term review.

Ethics & Data Protection Policy

The PARC ethics and data protection framework will set out the collaborative processes to be implemented to ensure the monitoring of PARCs actions concerning ethical considerations It will provide the PARC ethical principles and procedures and will be developed in parallel and in coordination with the Data Management Plan under WP7

PARC FAIR Data Policy (PFDP)

PARC FAIR Data Policy (PFDP) - Leader: TNO (AE of RIVM)This report will describe the PARC FAIR Data Policy, defining the (guiding) principles and conditions for management of data produced and/or used in PARC, in adherence with FAIR data principles and GDPR requirements, and specifying practices to take into account privacy, informed consent, security, transparency, sustainability and scalability, quality and reliability.

Prioritisation criteria report

This deliverable will describe the criteria that will be used to rank the priorities either for substances or groups of substances and methods identified following the mapping of needs together with the targeted activities under the WPs It will also document the process that has been used to agree on these criteria among PARC partners The criteria might be related to hazardous properties of the substancegroup andor exposure and or risk either for human health or for the environment For methods the deliverable will develop criteria to identify the areas for which new methods and other innovative tools should be developed or standardised or prevalidated

1st New approach methodologies report

1st New approach methodologies reportThis report will summarize results from 5.2 on the endpoints ED, (D)NT, NGtx-carc, immunotox, metabolic disruption. The report will give details on the developed NAMs and on the follow-up action to be taken to make the methods robust enough that regulators accept the results.
