Capacity building catalogue and repository of resources (opens in new window)

The Capacity Building Catalogue will address gaps in knowledge for procurers. It will comprise a set of relevant topics such as (i) PPI and PCP, (ii) sustainable innovative procurement, (iii) evaluation frameworks, (iv) Intellectual Property Rights management, (v) go to market-schemes, (vi) deployment of innovative solutions, (vii) redefinition of value chains after Covid-19, (viii) innovation procurement strategies (building on current established methodologies and best practices).The repository of resources will consolidate the materials and insights from other procurers, such as successful projects, challenges and barriers solved, results of previous OMC, mapping of existing resources and tools for attracting industry stakeholders as a key component in the collaborative process.
