Deliverables

Finalized governance structure and establishment of the required boards and panels (opens in new window)

This deliverable will describe the formal management (technical and administrative) structure of the project. It will outline the various advisory and review boards, including those dealing with quality control, ethics, gender balance, TA administration, and the general assembly.

This deliverable will provide the table of data distribution services in operation and the plans for moving developing services into operation. The report will also provide information on how feedback from scientific users is organised through all tasks of WP2.

Data management plan and project management software (opens in new window)

The data management plan will deal with ensuring the appropriate management and security of any acquired data, especially personal data, during the project's activities. A dedicated ethics advisor whose role will be to counsel the project management on ensuring compliance with GDPR standards will be a member of the External Review and Advisory Board (Task 1.1). The project management software to be employed by the project to ensure its efficient overall management will be also outlined in this deliverable, taking into account the data management needs that have been identified.
