Finalized governance structure and establishment of the required boards and panels

This deliverable will describe the formal management (technical and administrative) structure of the project. It will outline the various advisory and review boards, including those dealing with quality control, ethics, gender balance, TA administration, and the general assembly.

WP2 Status of research infrastructures at M6

This deliverable will provide the table of data distribution services in operation and the plans for moving developing services into operation. The report will also provide information on how feedback from scientific users is organised through all tasks of WP2.

WP5 Research infrastructures coordination progress report with definition of KPIs

This deliverable will provide the definition of KPIs which will be used to monitor the service status within a limited number of categories (development, test, pre-operation, operation, service enhancement), to monitor progress in service implementation and finalisation. This deliverable will be elaborated in interaction with WPs 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7.

Plan for harmonisation with external communities

This plan consists of guidelines that cover the principles and relevant dimensions that must be considered when aligning with both ENVRI outcomes and external RIs. This alignment concerns the harmonization with FAIR data management practices that are applied within national and international cross-disciplinary initiatives.

Report on the first general assembly

Report on the first general assembly, summarising the outcomes of the project's actions for the previous year, issues that needed to be dealt with, and solutions proposed and agreed upon. This meeting is expected to be a combination of face to face and virtual (pandemic situation permitting).

Report on the kick-off-meeting

A report on the kickoff meeting, which will include modifications to the work plan agreed on, newly identified risks, and the approval/review of the governance structure, exploitation and dissemination plan, communications strategy, website and management software, data management plan and risk management plans (deliverables D1.1, D1.2, D1.3, D1.4, D1.5, and D1.6).

Report on existing metadata schemes, mappings and converters required both to populate the catalogue and for integration with the relevant RIs

This deliverable will provide harmonized descriptions of existing metadata schemes, mappings, and converters. These are required to populate the resulting catalogues and to integrate them with the relevant RIs.

Data management plan and project management software

The data management plan will deal with ensuring the appropriate management and security of any acquired data, especially personal data, during the project's activities. A dedicated ethics advisor whose role will be to counsel the project management on ensuring compliance with GDPR standards will be a member of the External Review and Advisory Board (Task 1.1). The project management software to be employed by the project to ensure its efficient overall management will be also outlined in this deliverable, taking into account the data management needs that have been identified.

List of assets (DDSS) to be integrated into the relevant RIs

This deliverable will provide the list of DDSS collected from WP1, WP2, WP3, and WP4. Any shortcomings in the assets identified in the first year will be documented, reported, and an action plan developed during the first general assembly.

RIs coordination progress report access and KPI definition

Setup of the KPIs for the monitoring and evaluation of the TA and VA in WP8, in coordination with other WPs; progress report on access to RIs and access coordination within the WP and across WPs.

Risk management plan (updated as required by the general assembly)

The risk management plan will provide the framework within which the consortium will be made aware of potential (and developing) risks to the project's success, and the means by which such risks (threats) can be mitigated against or encouraged (opportunity).

Project exploitation and dissemination plan and project communications strategy and website

The deliverable will outline how the services provided/developed/enhanced within the project will be promoted and exploited within the wider community, based on a series of KPIs defined in the first year of the project, as well as presenting the plan for how information about the project itself (in the broadest sense) will be disseminated, including social media accounts, the project website, and other means. These activities will draw heavily upon existing structures provided by the service providers and the consortium as a whole.

Service guide list

This deliverable will provide a list that will identify and describe in detail all services provided, as on-site/remotely/virtually accessible. The associated requirements and functionalities will be characterized.

Establishment of the TEB and TARP, defining the calendar for the TA calls and the strategy for TA advertisement (in collaboration with the exploitation and dissemination strategy in WP1, D1.2)
