Plan for C&D&E activities (detailed plan with C&D&E actions, timing, target groups).The Plan will be updated twice (M21 and M42), on the basis of the results achieved so far and presented in a dedicated section.The first update (M21) will include also tools for engaging mechanism, collective intelligence and monitoring, and it will contain a more mature version of the exploitation activities, as well as a fine tuning of the communication and dissemination strategy. The second update (M42,) will contain all the results of the activities implemented during the project lifetime and the final version of the exploitation strategy, to identify a detailed path to achieve the expected outcomes and impacts.
