Risk Management and Quality Assurance Plan (opens in new window)The Risk Management and Quality Assurance Plan (RMQAP) is set up and will be maintained to manage and support the project Quality Control. It describes the quality assurance procedure for all project deliverables. The RMQAP also contains a detailed risk analysis and contingency planning as well as a description of the risk management procedures throughout the project lifetime.This RMQAP is issued at the end of Month 3 and will be updated as deemed necessary. The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for its maintenance and updating. It will be downloadable from the GoGreen website.

Report of the benchmark performances of cleaning methods (opens in new window)The DMP will be a living document to integrate dynamically new regulations and data types or uses which may arise over the course of the work. Among the methodological advances of the project, we will produce an updated version of the DMP in the month 24 with the aim of clarifying for all stakeholders and with all the experience of the project the long-term policies for archiving and sharing the data generated by the project in a secure way once the project has ended. Production of the DMP will therefore also have a cumulative and reflexive aim on the evolution of sharing paradigms, based on the project's practice in open sciences. The coordinator is responsible for monitoring of the execution of the data management plan by all partners and work packages.
Data Management Plan v.1.0 (opens in new window)Procedures for the handling of data will be described in a Data Management Plan (DMP), which will be developed in the month six with the start of the research activities.
