Risk Management and Quality Assurance PlanThe Risk Management and Quality Assurance Plan RMQAP is set up and will be maintained to manage and support the project Quality Control It describes the quality assurance procedure for all project deliverables The RMQAP also contains a detailed risk analysis and contingency planning as well as a description of the risk management procedures throughout the project lifetimeThis RMQAP is issued at the end of Month 3 and will be updated as deemed necessary The Project Manager PM is responsible for its maintenance and updating It will be downloadable from the GoGreen website
