Rhine-Alpine and Rhine-Danube Multimodal Transport Corridors Regulatory framework analysis (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

IDIT supported by FHOO will carry out the market potential analysis of multimodal transport on the Rhine-Danube corridor in task 2.3 overseen by Regulatory Advisory Board in task 1.4. The analysis aims to identify the potential customers as well as port's readiness for multimodal transport.

Report on Liaison and know-how exchange with other relevant projects (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

Annual reports will be compiled documenting the synergies with the other projects as well as with other relevant projects & initiatives in the field of inland port & terminal development and IWT in task 6.2. Earliest report in month 12 with periodic updates in months 24 and 34.

Project Workplan (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

The project workplan is a detailed description of the tasks, time resources, deliverables, meetings that have to be produced/organised during the project implementation period and dedicated chapters on data & risk man-agement. It will be elaborated by RC together with DUI and WP leaders. It will be shared with all project part-ners which will follow it closely in the implementation of the project.

Concept for transnational and cross-system data exchange within corridors between multimodal nodes and other actors in the transport chain (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

An identification of innovation potentials for data exchange, interfaces and standards of different systems will be carried out in task 3.4 with the aim of achieving seamless, standardized, and automated multimodal communication on the Rhine-Alpine/Rhine-Danube corridors. This report is drawn as a concept resulting from this activity.

Concept of a digital twin based on port-related data, sensors and external data sources as well as AI-based recommendations for actions (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

Aim is primarily the development of a digital twin of the terminal, including the interdependencies, as a basis for AI optimisation in demo B4, task 3.3. This report includes the concept of the digital twin developed based on the lessons learnt from the demonstration B4 which comprises of building a digital twin by harnessing the data available, big data analytics and AI-based scenario development.

Automated Port and Terminal Operations for Multimodal Nodes - Roadmap (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

Based on a large amount of partners' experience in this area as well as developments in projects liaised with ALICE, a state-of-the-art analysis will examine and evaluate the state of automation in multimodal nodes. External relevant stakeholders will be engaged to widen the perspectives incorporated aiming to develop a roadmap for automation in multimodal nodes in task 3.1.

Evaluation of feasibility of multimodal transports along the Rhine-Alpine and Rhine-Danube-Corridor (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

Framework with an overview of existing multimodal port and transhipment solutions and current infrastructural bottlenecks along the Rhine-Alpine and Rhine-Danube Corridors incl. gap analysis for multimodal nodes w.r.t state-of-the-art solutions, matching existing solutions with nodes’ requirements and legal aspects.

Internal communication handbook (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

Elaborated by RC, the internal communication handbook details on all tools and communication channels to be used by the project partner in order to facilitate the information exchange within the project consortium.

Multimodal freight project landscape (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

Report on the results from previous projects that are relevant for the MultiRELOAD project based on ALICE’s Knowledge Base and assets generated through its Programme of Liaison with projects and BOOSTLOG project that is identifying R&I results, outcomes and implementation cases from 150+ EU R&I projects in task 6.2

Determination of ports' readiness for multimodality (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

Market potential analysis for multimodality using IWT & node’s readiness for multimodality carried out in task 2.3

Market potential analysis for CBoXX and definition of routes carried out (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

Duisport will conduct a market acceptance study of the new type of wagon CBoXX aiming to identify how willing the LTL and LCL market is, to adopt the CBoXX. The study will also draw lessons from a small demonstration from Kuhne+Nagel along Cargobeamer's existing route and Nosta, a medium sized-freight forwarder will add customer-centric perspective to this study in task 2.2.

MultiRELOAD Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication Plan (MuREDi) and toolkit (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

Includes dissemination tasks, tools and responsibilities in order to maximise the impact and uptake of the Multi-RELOAD results. The MultiRELOAD Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication Plan (MuREDi) describes the activities to be undertaken (how and by whom) in order to ensure the continuation of the MultiRELOAD results beyond the project itself in task 6.1.

Reference model for data sources for predictive maintenance (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

A comparison of the currently available data at the different inland ports in the project takes place. The result is a reference model for data sources for predictive maintenance in task 3.2

Business models for technology uptake (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

Documentation of the business model development and presentation of business model canvas for the demonstrations in task 5.1 which will develop innovative business models to enable the wider uptake of the the technologies developed in the MultiRELOAD project based on demonstrations and previous knowledge of H2020 projects.

Market potential analysis for multimodality using IWT & ports' readiness for multimodality (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

Evaluation of the market potential for multimodal transports along the Danube using IWT

Data Management Plan (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)
