Optimized zipcode sequences.Set of 10 zipcode sequences, including chemical optimization with alternative nucleic acids, optimized for stability, specificity and minimal length.Testing of min 20 and max 100 candidate oligo pairs.Crossreactivity goal <1%.Aiming for sequence length ≤ 12nt.
