Dedicated webinar on ZEBs and their circularity in the upcoming NBRPs (opens in new window)Organise a webinar on the adequate implementation of Zero Emission Buildings under National Building Renovation Plans. The event will also look at circularity aspects of ZEBs and NZEBs. The event’s findings will be presented as proceedings, including presentations, minutes and a recording”.

Webpages on the study tours with videos, technical fiches and other material, participants’ list (opens in new window)Taking material from T3.1 and T3.2, this yearly update to the Implementation Plan will be reviewed by IWG5. The centrepiece of the Implementation Plan is a set of targets specified in “Activity Fiches”. The Fiches contain information on funding commitments by countries to the topics covered by the Fiche.

Report presenting proposal for new baselines for IWG targets (opens in new window)
Report establishing baselines for IWG5’s agreed specific targets, differentiating according to geography and other relevant context-based factors.
Short annual report produced at a moment relevant to IWG 5’s input to the SET Plan Progress Report for that year (opens in new window)This report is associated to Task 1.2, which aims to build links between IWG 5 and groups and initiatives mentioned under 1.1 Excellence. This is a report on our technique for approaching each group/initiative (Y1) and in Y2 and Y3 reviewing IWG5’s continuing alignment of its interests with those groups.
Recommendations on how to prepare upcoming National Building Renovation Plans with a focus on Zero Energy Buildings (opens in new window)The report will cover the formal aspects described in the revised EBPD (art 3. nd annex II). It will focus on the definitions of zero energy buildings (ZEB) and nearly-zero energy buildings (NZEB) for new and existing buildings, as well as sharing good practices for their successful rollout across the EU. To prepare the report, the researchers will build on the results of other ongoing projects on NBRPs and conduct a survey among IWG5 members and other building experts sharing knowledge and providing feedback on the national experience on ZEBs and NZEBs. The results will be presented as a report with recommendation which will also include some circularity aspects.
