Livrables

Theoretical principles and methodological approach of the PHOEBE framework and selection of tools (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

D1.2 will be produced during activity T1.4. It will cover the technical documentation (theoretical principles and methodological approaches) to develop all the components that will be part of the PHOEBE framework. D1.2 will also present an overview of the practical requirements and their technical specifications (such as data sources, equipment such as software and data collection technologies, models etc.).

Communication, dissemination and exploitation plan (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

This report sets out the communication and dissemination aims activities tools target groups and outputs and will act as a guide throughout the projects lifetime It will identify the project milestones for PHOEBE outreach and promotion determine which channels to use for each target group following a stakeholding mapping and categorisation and list relevant events and specialised scientific journals and publications for project research papers and articles

Use case experimental designs (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

This deliverable will explain experimental design defined and planned for each use case demonstration. The aim is to consult stakeholders, plan application of the specific models and tools in each case. Also, to define deliverable sites, anticipated coverage and capability required for models, establishment of the procedures and confirmation of data needs and indicators to be selected and performance measures to be achieved through the application of the PHOEBE framework agreed. Linked to tasks: T4.2

Project Management Handbook (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

The Project Management Handbook will bring guidelines and establish procedures to orient partners on project management It will include information on the project structure and work plan monitoring and reporting strategies and internal and external communication directions Deliverable 71 refers to activity T72 Project management and quality assurance and will be delivered at the start of the project Any sensitive content eg contact information from partners will be hidden in the public version

SoA and end user needs review (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

Del 1.1 aims to present the review of the state-of-the-art and conduct the necessary research for identifying gaps and needs in order to inform the selection of tools and models in PHOEBE. This research and review process will be done as part of activity T1.1 via two sources: publicly available databases (such as Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar) and interviews and surveys with stakeholders involved in use case demonstrations. To promote Open Science practice (i.e. making scientific research and its dissemination accessible to all levels of society, amateur or professional) and given that the interviews and surveys with stakeholders will be anonymised. Therefore, this report will be public.

Data register, feature report and accreditation (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

The deliverable D2.2 consolidates the findings of activities T2.3 and T2.4. The report will detail working data collected and anty standardisation or pre-processing for framework model input. This will list generalised features of data that help to support data accreditation for model usage (e.g, AiRAP accreditation).

Ethics Management Plan (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

The deliverable D7.4 establishes and documents processes for managing ethical issues in the PHOEBE project. This includes data protection and process controls and consent processes for human surveys and any other data gathering activities including any required privacy impact assessment and ethical reviews. It will detail how the consortium partners will identify and address the legal, ethical and social concerns. Finally, the document produced in this deliverable as part of activity T7.5 will indicate the partners responsible for actions and the European ethical regulations in place.

Data Management Plan (initial version) (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

The deliverable D7.2 will present the data management plan (DMP) that will be developed during Activity T7.4. In the document, the PHOEBE consortium will establish the data collection and data process procedures as well as describe the type of data generated in the project. The DMP will provide guidelines on storing, preserving, allowable processing and databases security requirements.
