Deliverables

Data management plan (opens in new window)

The DMP will describe the management of data (interviews, focus groups, etc.) to be collected, processed, and published during the research project. This plan will be balanced with the ethical considerations involved in the preservation of sensitive data. The DMP will be kept as a living document and updated over the course of the project whenever significant changes arise. As it will be re-opened for the evaluation, the reviewed document will be also submitted before the project progress report.

Section in the project website dedicated for the exchange of relevant information (opens in new window)

A section dedicated for the research management will be created in the project website to share relevant information, including grants, calls for papers, conferences, etc.

Report on short-term visits 1 and a memo on best practices (opens in new window)

A standard form will be prepared to be filled in by the researchers after each of the short-term visits. This will include the main lessons learnt and best practices that could be applied both by consortium members and beyond.
