Risultati finali
A standard form will be prepared to be filled in by the researchers after each of the short-term visits. This will include the main lessons learnt and best practices that could be applied both by consortium members and beyond.
Report on short-term visits 1 and a memo on best practices (si apre in una nuova finestra)A standard form will be prepared to be filled in by the researchers after each of the short-term visits. This will include the main lessons learnt and best practices that could be applied both by consortium members and beyond.
Report on Mid-term & Final Research Workshop (si apre in una nuova finestra)As the workshops are dedicated for clarifying the roadmap of the exploratory research project and receiving the feedback of the main stakeholders on the quality of the research project and its implications for policy making, the report will present stakeholders' contributions and recommendations regarding these issues.
Report on workshops with recommendations for further collaboration (si apre in una nuova finestra)The report will contain a brief overview of best practices of cross-sectoral collaborative projects for the co-production of public history. It will also summarize the content of workshops, namely, the exploration of the meaning of “public history”, and how to design, plan and run community engagement projects.
Report on research colloquium (si apre in una nuova finestra)Report on research colloquim will include their yearly programmes, the key information on authors and abstracts/full texts/presentations of their research (depending on which option is available at the current stage of research).
The DMP will describe the management of data (interviews, focus groups, etc.) to be collected, processed, and published during the research project. This plan will be balanced with the ethical considerations involved in the preservation of sensitive data. The DMP will be kept as a living document and updated over the course of the project whenever significant changes arise. As it will be re-opened for the evaluation, the reviewed document will be also submitted before the project progress report.
A section dedicated for the research management will be created in the project website to share relevant information, including grants, calls for papers, conferences, etc.
Data gathered during the EUROPAST exploratory research project (e.g., transcripts of interviews and focus groups) will be made available for secondary use to increase the exploitation of project results. This will be done in line with the detailed project DMP to ensure that no data protection or ethical principles are breached.
