B4P Innovation clusters requirements

This deliverable will include a set of requirements to establish a B4P Innovation Clusters network, including the needs, rules, boundaries and KPIs that a cluster must have to meet to be considered as a B4P Innovation cluster. It synthesises the findings of task T1.1.

B4P IC network foundation description

This deliverable will describe the setup of the B4P IC network including the resources produced, selection process and observations and lessons learned from soliciting, processing and launching first ICs in Tasks 1.3.

Synthesis of high potential innovations detected and promoted

This deliverable summarises the outputs of task 3.2, i.e. the identification of innovations with high market potential, in compliance with NEB core values.

Review of most promising co-financing models to foster open innovation

This report synthesises the findings of T4.1 and will identify the most promising public and private co-financing models that are best suited to each TRL.

User guidelines to the Metabuilding Open Innovation platform for B4P ecosystem

This deliverable will provide guidelines on how to use the Metabuilding Digital platform set up in Task 3.1, how to access to all the services of the Metabuilding Labs Open Innovation Testbed and how to use the dedicated virtual spaces for the B4P cluster managers.

Booklet of published inspiring stories

Positive and inspiring stories (formulated as ‘Examples’, ‘Ideas’, and ‘Challenges’) on identified innovations will be developed in Task 2.4 and will be published on the NEB platform.

Report on the activities of the finance help desk and good practices

This report concludes WP4 by summarising the activities carried out as part of the finance help desk, as well as recommendations on how to sustain this service beyond the project end (Task 4.4).

1st report on public and private fundraising opportunities

This report provides an overview of the first fundraising opportunities identified in T4.2.

B4P innovation cluster Charter

This deliverable synthetises the outputs of task T1.2 and will include a description of the Charter, introducing to the value proposition of the B4P ICs network and commitments from the B4P ICs.

Presentation of the finance toolbox

This report describes the toolbox developed in T4.3 and how it can be accessed.

B4P ICs final network reporting

This deliverable will report about activities, conducted in task 1.4, from M12 to M30 with the ICs, awareness workshops - including update of B4PIC network description.

This deliverable synthesises the output of task 2.3 and will describe the peer-learning activities undertaken (date, topics, participants, format etc).

Final Replication Plan

The final Replication Plan will constitute an update of the first version of the strategic replication plan, built upon the lessons learnt from all work packages and two dedicated workshops organised within task 5.5.

Report on the provision of open innovation support to clusters

Descriptive document on the functionalities and other support mechanisms for cluster management and interaction between clusters of the METABUILDING platform and on the direct coaching activities performed towards innovation cluster candidates.

First version of the Strategic Replication Plan

The Strategic Replication Plan, elaborated in Task 5.5, aims to provide a detailed roadmap and set of good practices to meet the target of 10-15 B4P Innovation clusters by 2028.
