Deliverables

Communication & Engagement strategy

Focused overall strategy for communication and engagement through the Digital Learning Hub. Establish the technical foundations for the hub, including graphic design, visual identity, the integration with the existing and already functioning website (https://www.irresistiblecircularsociety.eu/), and user engagement tools. Success indicator is the achievement of the communication goals. [Task 5.1]

Set of principles and transformation questions

Operationalisation of principles to be applied in testing (WP3). Operationalisation means co-creation of examination questions, processes and quidelines with the aim to prepare and support the partners in the transformation of principles into meaningful approaches.[Task 2.2]

Exploitation strategy

A strategic framework and plan that support the preparation of the extension of the project into a full-scale project and which allows for applying the results in new and diverse contexts. The Exploitation Strategy will reflect sound analysis of market needs, trends, potential users, and sustainability based on a smaller group of the 100 climate neutral cities by 2030 covering at least the two partner cities in the project and the cities “100 climate neutral” from the 5 involved countries. [Task 6.1]

Project Management Plan

●Monitor budget and spending and administer allocation of funding to partners according to the administrative structures.●Coordinate and steer activities and meetings within the Internal horizontal coordination entity and the Decision-making body ●Responsible for updating the project officer and report on progress and financial status through the Funding and Tender Portal and according to the Grant Agreement●Clarify issues on amendments and transfer of costs between budget lines. ●Support WP leaders concerning administration and progress.[Task 1.1]

"Communication & engagement strategy - revision #1"

First revision of the strategy for communication and engagement. Aim is to report on communication and engagement actvitities during the first project period, and to assess and eventually adjust the communication and engagement strategy based on the outcome of communication activities. [Task 5.4]

Learning and evaluation framework

Definition of the methodology and the set of tools to be used in each phase of the experimentation. The aim of the framework is to assess results, capturing learning outcomes and maximising the co-creation and diffusion of knowledge within and beyond the consortium. [Task 4.1]

"Project Management Plan - revision #1"

A first revised version of the Project Management Plan (D1.1), including updated Gantt chart and work breakdown structure. Aim is to ensure smooth progress in the second phase of the project. To be delivered by the end of the first reporting period. [Task 1.2]

DESIRE toolkit - first prototype version

First and preliminary (prototype) kit of different models, tools, methods and guidelines to support the application of the DESIRE principles in the demonstration activities (WP3). The intermediate version of the toolkit coincides with MS8, First toolkit prototype released (due date M12), and the feedback on the deliverable will contribute to a broader qualification of the prototype toolkit in combination with its release. (WP4). [Task 2.3]

DESIRE Manifesto

A manifesto pertaining to the definition and understanding of “Designing an Irresistible Circular Society” within the consortium and beyond into the larger community. This manifesto will serve as the steering axis throughout the project and ensure that the right focus is maintained.[Task 2.1]All partners to be involved in drafting the manifesto at a co-creation workshop, which coincide with the hybrid kick-off meeting at M2.The draft Manifesto is shared locally at each involved territorium for further unfolding and qualification before being finalised and made publicly accessible.
