Resultado final
The document is the first version of the Communication & Dissemination Strategy (T10.1-T10.3). The document will guide for all dissemination and communication activities throughout the duration of the project. The strategy contains the description of the activities included in the dissemination and communications plan, including a detailed plan for demonstration activities. The indicator of success is the completeness of the plan its meeting KPIs and targets set in the strategy.
Methodology to test the reliability of subsystems I (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The deliverable aims to define the scenarios of the external agents and actions to be assumed for the setup of the laboratory test, the testing procedures to be applied for the laboratory test of systems and components reliability and will provide criteria and methods to interpret the laboratory test results (T3.1). The indicator of success is the comprehensiveness in respect to RE-SKIN components.
Optimized technical specifications of each component I (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This deliverable contains the first release of the optimized technical specification of each component of the toolkit (T4.1). In detail, the features of the components/solutions of each consortium partner, which represent the baseline for the development of the toolkit, must be reported. The indicator of success is to provide all the required data (for each component) in a common datasheet format in order to collect all the basic information needed within a standardized framework.
Project management and quality Plan I (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The scope of this deliverable is to preliminary define all key procedures related to project scientific/administrative management and quality assurance and control (T1.1 and 1.2) such as the project organization strategy, the procedures, the roles and responsibilities related to project and quality management, etc. The indication of success is the comprehensiveness/clarity of the procedures according to what established in the Grant Agreement.
Requirements to optimize resilience and maintenance I (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The deliverable provides a set of maintainability factors that shall be used during the basic design stage for the whole system configuration and during detailed design (or procurement) of the main sub-components (T3.1-T3.2). The deliverable will also include a specific procedure to perform maintainability reviews during the design process at appropriate stages.
Manufacturing design of the multifunctional façade cladding I (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The document provides the first version of the specification of the manufacturing design of the multifunctional façade cladding and the results of preliminary pilot testing (T5.1), preparatory to application in the first case study. The indicator of success is the completeness of the technical specification and the successfulness of first testing activities.
Manufacturing design of the technical components I (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The document provides the first version of the specification of the manufacturing design of the technical systems and the results of preliminary pilot testing (T6.1-T6.5), preparatory to application in the first case study. The indicator of success is the completeness of the technical specification and the successfulness of first testing activities.
Optimized installation and disassembly procedures I (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The document aims to provide the first version of the decommissioning and disassembly procedures of every package’s component (T4.4 and T4.5). The indicator of success will be the establishment of improved technical specifications for each component of the system.
Verification of the final configuration of the system I (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The aim of the document is to provide an updated simulation about the interaction and the behaviour of the entire system (T4.3) once RE-SKIN subcomponents have been further optimized and tested individually. The indicator of success is the positive result of the simulations in respect to the expected system performances.
Application context periodic update I (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The aim of the document is to provide the first periodic update of the application context in the target countries (T2.1-2.4) and the results of the site risk assessment (T2.6). The indicator of success is to give a comprehensive overview of all the key elements of the context (e.g. retrofit market status, regulatory framework, etc.) and of the site risk assessment (e.g. multihazard and multirisk assessment maps) for every target country of the application context.
Energy audits and surveys I (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The aim of the document is to provide a comprehensive energy audit of the pre-retrofit state of the first case study building as wall as an overall survey of its architectonical and technical systems features (T8.1). The indicator of success is the full completion of the audit and survey phase.document contains the results of the energy audits before the retrofit interventions.
Final design of the renovation intervention I (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The deliverable aims to provide the set of design documentation required to authorize and perform the retrofit work on the first case study (T8.2). The indicator of success is the full completion of the necessary documentation (descriptive reports, drawings, bill of materials, etc.).
Manufacturing design of the multifunctional façade cladding II (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The document provides the second version of the specification of the manufacturing design of the multifunctional faade cladding and the results of pilot testing (T5.1), preparatory to application in the second case study. The indicator of success is the completeness of the technical specification and the successfulness of first testing activities.
Project management and quality Plan II (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The scope of this deliverable is to update key procedures related to project scientific/administrative management and quality assurance and control (T1.1 and 1.2) such as the project organization strategy, the procedures, the roles and responsibilities related to project and quality management, etc. The indication of success is the comprehensiveness/clarity of the procedures and the evidence of smooth advancement of the project according to what established in the Grant Agreement.
Optimized technical specifications of each component II (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This deliverable contains the update of the the optimized technical specification of each component of the toolkit (T4.1). Starting from the features of the components/solutions of each consortium partner that have been reported in D4.1, which represent the baseline for the development of the toolkit, the technical specifications of each new or updated element are defined. The indicator of success is the update of all the required data (for each component) in a common datasheet format in order to collect all the basic information needed within a standardized framework.
The aim of the deliverable is to describe the final technical systems manufactured for the demonstration phase in the first case study (T6.1-T6.5). The indicator of success is the completion of the manufacturing process for all needed components.
