Workshop report on key theories of behaviour, decision-making and change (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Workshop report of the first project member workshop (M6) will debate an inventory of theories of change and identify different leverage points (parameters, system structure, feedback loops and mental models) in biodiversity policy.

Workshop report on theories and its implication for practice (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Workshop report on theories and its implication for practice also in light of WP2 and WP3 results and experience.

Directory of key methods most suitable for biodiversity decision-making contexts (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Directory of 1) transformative methods of experiential games for social learning, behavioural and institutional change, identifying the most suitable experiential games with specific focus on their applicability within the biodiversity domain; 2) framing and nudging experiments (e.g. various biases and heuristics and activation of social norms); 3) deliberative, creative and arts-based methods (e.g. competency groups, storytelling, deep mapping, nature-based meditation, photo exhibition) for triggering intrapersonal, interpersonal, and institutional change towards improved states of biodiversity.

Based on Winker and Degele’s (2011) elaborate eight-step model of intersectional multilevel analysis, a refined methodological framework for context-specific intersectionality analyses (D1.3) will be co-created through 3 online workshops with case study (WP3) partners (M1-M6)

Workshop report on theory commonalities and conflicts (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Workshop report of the second workshop that identifies theory commonalities and conflicts.

The report includes mapped synergies with regional and international fora building on existing cooperation e.g. with Eklipse, Oppla, Science Service, Knowledge Centre for Biodiversity, and on-going and planned Horizon Europe projects addressing climate and biodiversity challenges and transformative changes. Other international or national initiatives and projects on behavioural science, intersectionality, gender, climate change and biodiversity will also be mapped and featured along with steps how to approach and cooperate with them

Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation (CDE) plan on communication, dissemination, and exploitation activities of the consortium with key messages, main dissemination actors, main channels, specific activities, timeline, KPIs, verification of KPIs and monitoring.

Report on biodiversity and related concepts perceptions (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

The report will be the result of a systematic analysis of recent academic and grey literature, including images and posters, and print and digital media, and will identify the relationships between different social groups’ worldviews, values, ideologies, politics their discourses on biodiversity, its communication and achieved impacts

Systematic reviews (T1.1, T1.2), the multilevel intersectionality analysis (T1.3), and the theory inventory and recognition/conciliation exercises (T1.4) will be synthesized into a report on a transdisciplinary diagnostic framework.

Learning communities and sectoral advisory boards established for 5 intensive place-based and 6 extensive sector-based case studies (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

The deliverable includes a report on the establishment of 5 intensive place-based and 6 extensive sector-based cases including main stakeholders participating and an analysis of key systems and their leverage points for intervention to unlock transformation.

Training for case study facilitators for deploying methods (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

The training will be handing over the fine-tuned intervention methods to the case-study partners in WP3, as well as preparing a catalogue of transformative intervention methods and synthesis of lessons.

Updated version of the CED

The action plan includes mapped synergies and relevant actions with the Horizon Europe transformative change cluster projects.

The report will be the result of a systematic review of published literature on disciplinary approaches including behaviour and social sciences to provide an inventory of theories potentially applicable for influencing biodiversity decision-making. A complementary review of previous EU and global projects (grey literature) that have tested behavioural and decision-making interventions for biodiversity decision-making will also be included.

The DMP to include FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, reusable)data management criteria and EU's Open Science Practices, data types, licences and formats along with data practices to be applied within the project.

Updated DMP practices and recommendation to partners.
