Deliverables

Synthesis report on gender norms and barriers in (A)KIS (opens in new window)

Based on two focus groups with women innovators (per case-study area) we will list and analyse women’s incentives and obstacles for the engagement in innovation, including gender relations, norms, and stereotypes. This will be followed by two focus groups (per case-study area) with men innovators to understand their attitude towards and experience with women-innovators and to understand different gender dynamics in different European regions, and (12) interviews (per case-study-area) with relevant agricultural and rural support organisations, as well as trainers and advisers, scientists, banks and funders, policymakers to identify unconscious bias and identify starting points for improvement

Individual lab programmes and report on 1st year operation (opens in new window)

Each lab will develop a lab description, including its particular focus; to be communicated with other lab leaders and the WP6 lead under the programme communication strategy.

Methodological guidelines & training programme for the Living labs in 9 countries and online training resource how to lead socio-ecological LLs for women (opens in new window)

Drawing on the Green Deal and the EU Farm to Fork Strategy both of which promote sustainable socio-ecological transitions in agriculture and rural areas, 9 GRASS CEILING living labs will be created in 9 partner countries to support existing and potential rural women innovators in developing their innovator identity, co-create knowledge within an innovator network, and progress rural socio-ecological transition through green innovation skill development. In- and cross- country knowledge and resource sharing are embedded in the lab network structure.
