Exploitation Plan - first draft

An EP will be drafted considering exploitable pathways, IP management and replicability of the technology. This task works hand in hand with the co-creation of the DIY platform. Means of verification: publication of EP on website.

Reporting and updated Communication Plan - first report

The development of Communication Activities enlisting social media, AV and NewsBundle together with event promotion and interaction. This technology will also be introduced through relevant training establishments. Means of verification: update of DCP publication on website.

Report of kick-off meeting

The deliverable content will include the minutes of the project kick-off meeting for coordinating the activities within the PROJECT and refers to Task 1.1.

1D numerical model for preliminary design

The deliverable will contain the description of the 1D numerical model. Verification: the report uploaded in the Consortium repository. It is related to Task 4.1.

Dissemination and Communication Plan - DCP

The creation and development of a DCP focussing on knowledge transfer on developed concepts, technology and tools whilst raising awareness and engagement with relevant stakeholders and a wider audience. Means of verification: publication of DCP on website.

Project Management Plant - first draft

The deliverable will include a detailed Project Management Plan with a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). It will include a schedule per task, responsible partner related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks.It refers to Task 1.1 and Task 1.3

The deliverable will include a revision of the Project Management Plan (first draft). It refers to Task 1.1 and 1.3
