An EP will be drafted considering exploitable pathways, IP management and replicability of the technology. This task works hand in hand with the co-creation of the DIY platform. Means of verification: publication of EP on website.
First report on networking, workshops and ecosystem building (öffnet in neuem Fenster)The focus will be on knowledge sharing, mutual learning and engagement on the European front as well as on a global scale. Participation in workshops organised by other project initiatives including scaling up project opportunities and dissemination activities (Task 9.4 and 9.6). This technology will also be introduced through relevant training establishments. Means of verification: update of DCP publication on website.
Report of kick-off meeting (öffnet in neuem Fenster)The deliverable content will include the minutes of the project kick-off meeting for coordinating the activities within the PROJECT and refers to Task 1.1.
Data hub operational and online: report and webpage (öffnet in neuem Fenster)Deliverable will include the structure of the data hub in the DIY platform (Task 8.1). Verification: platform available on-line.
1D numerical model for preliminary design (öffnet in neuem Fenster)The deliverable will contain the description of the 1D numerical model. Verification: the report uploaded in the Consortium repository. It is related to Task 4.1.
Dissemination and Communication Plan - DCP (öffnet in neuem Fenster)The creation and development of a DCP focussing on knowledge transfer on developed concepts, technology and tools whilst raising awareness and engagement with relevant stakeholders and a wider audience. Means of verification: publication of DCP on website.
Project Management Plant - first draft (öffnet in neuem Fenster)The deliverable will include a detailed Project Management Plan with a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). It will include a schedule per task, responsible partner related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks.It refers to Task 1.1 and Task 1.3
Knowledge hub online and fully operational: report and webpage (öffnet in neuem Fenster)The knowledge hub will enable knowledge sharing with stakeholders on the technical implementation of H-Hope hardware and software. The focus will be on providing a web platform and enabling the co-creation process. Verification will be performed through the list of knowledge hub features. It refers to Task 8.2.
