Review of state-of-the-art systems and processes. Identification of risks, process vulnerabilities and incident scenarios. The safety plan will be reviewed regularly (through the monitor plan) during the project in order to include new knowledge and information about the systems and processes. The final review of the safety plan will be delivered at project end.
