It will provide the basis for technical evaluation (and corrective measures if needed) as well as assessment of functional and user requirements. It will describe each element in the IPR catalogue D7.1 and facilitate sustainability planning.

Contractual Clauses Legal Assessment report v1 (opens in new window)The deliverable will provide a legal toolkit to ensure legal validity of data sharing contractual clauses. It will analyse the extent to which usage conditions in data sharing contractual clauses may be subject to negotiation, in compliance with applicable law. This assessment will be the legal input for task 2.1.
Report on legal framework and requirements (opens in new window)This report will present an overview of the law applicable to online platforms for data sharing and the legal implications of (fully) automated contracts. Beyond the current applicable law, the analysis will also take into account the latest legislative and policy initiatives regarding digital services and data sharing activities and, provide recommendations. Final version of the legal framework (T1.4), updated from D1.1
This deliverable includes the project’s website and social media channels that will be released at M1 and will be regularly updated till the end of the project.
