It will analyse the extent to which usage conditions in data sharing contractual clauses may be subject to negotiation, in compliance with applicable law. This assessment will be the legal input for task 2.1.
Report on legal framework and requirements (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)This report will present an overview of the law applicable to online platforms for data sharing and the legal implications of (fully) automated contracts. Beyond the current applicable law, the analysis will also take into account the latest legislative and policy initiatives regarding digital services and data sharing activities and, provide recommendations. This deliverable includes the project’s website and social media channels that will be released at M1 and will be regularly updated till the end of the project.
