Deliverables
This document will be based on the same structure than deliverable D8.1 including the plan beyond the project lifetime. It will be developed in Tasks T8.1 and T8.3.
Strategic Plan (opens in new window)This deliverable presents the strategic plan including co design of the components, HPC resources and infrastructures. It describes the design of each component that will be developed during EDITO-Model Lab project. Several sections will be included, based on the project WP organisation 1) Design the integration path for the core model suite. 2) Design of the Virtual Environment. 3) design of the Focus Application. 4) Design of the What-if scenarios. Other sections will describe HPC resources and infrastructure needed for the implementation of the DTO core model suite. This document will be produced in T1.1 with contribution from T4.1, T5.1, T6.1, T7.1,T7.2 and T7.3
Strategic Plan beyond the project lifetime (opens in new window)This document will be based on the same structure than deliverable D1.2, including the plan beyond the project lifetime for the different components of the EDITO Model Lab project and including feedback from the users collected during the project. This document will be produced in T1.1.
Core model suite code final version (opens in new window)This report updates D4.1 and includes the technical description of the component of the DTO core model suite (code, input data set, output data set …) that will be developed in T4.2, the description of the computing ressources and needed infrastructure to integrate this model suite in the DTO environment (T4.3) and scientific results obtained with these models based on the simulation produced in T4.4. This deleverable describes the final tag of the gitlab repository including the code and the associated documentation for the different components of the core model suite that will be integrated in the platform.
Data Management Plan (opens in new window)Updated version of deliverable D1.1. The final version of DMP describes the data that will be acquired or produced during EDITO Model Lab, for their use during and after the completion of the project. It describes how the data has been managed and stored, what standards has been used, and how data will be handled after the completion of the project.
Results Uptake Amplification (opens in new window)Uptake based on outcome of the training and internal initiatives will be described to document the methodologies employed and the results obtained. This deliverable will be designed as a handbook that can serve as reference to anyone interested in boosting the uptakes of R&D initiatives, highlighting advantages and disadvantages of the training activities, namely hackathons, providing tips to future similar endeavours.
Plan for Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation of results (opens in new window)Communication plan for the project, describing the main communication goals, key messages to be conveyed, target audiences, means and channels, KPIs, monitoring procedures, partners’ responsibilities, and calendar. Main content will be about communication and dissemination. Exploitation of results will also be addressed. It will be developed in Tasks T8.1 and T8.3.
EDITO-Model Lab technical architecture (opens in new window)Description of the technical architecture for the Virtual Ocean Model Lab (VOML), supported by Autosubmit as backend solution, integrated with the collaborative development and testing framework and the relocatable Ocean modelling platform, and including the user interfaces for demand model. This will be a co-design task developed in WP5, T5.1, and will be coupled to the VRE portal that will be provided as part of the EU public DTO platform.
This deliverable updates D2.1 will describe the final version of the gitlab repository including the code and the associated documentation for the training and deployment of the deep differentiable emulators developed in tasks T.2.1, T2.2 and T2.3.
Virtual Ocean Model Lab (opens in new window)Software documentation of the Virtual Ocean Model Lab (VOML) developed in WP5, including the backend solution (T5.2), co-development capacity (T5.3.1), the relocatable modelling platforms (T5.3.2) and the user interfaces (T5.4).
Models and configurations final version (opens in new window)This deliverable updates D3.1, in particular the final version of the gitlab repository with the codes and the related documentation.
Demonstration including handbook developed in Task 6.2 and validated T6.3. Demonstration of the integrated model suite for the three FAs (MPAs for Biodiversity, Ship routes for Zero Emission, Ship routes and plastics for Zero Pollution) by running test cases in the global ocean and the European Seas (lighthouses) on the DT platform developing specific information outputs. The application of the integrated model suite and its quality assessment are documented in interactive handbooks (e.g. Confluence, Wiki, Github) to support the training of intermediate users and the upscaling/replication of the DTO methodology.
What-if Scenarios demonstrations (opens in new window)Demonstrations of the usage and outcomes of the DTO engine with What-If-scenarios in three Mission Areas developped in Tasks T7.1, T7.2 and T7.3: (i) Nature Based Solutions for Biodiversity and coastal hazards, (ii) Marine plastic for Zero pollution, and (iii) Aquaculture for Zero carbon. The What-if scenarios demonstrations will support the Ocean Mission Ocean Lighthouses by running test cases in the global ocean and the European Seas (lighthouses). The application of the modelling suit and its quality assessment will documented in handbooks (e.g. Wiki, Confluence) to support the training of end-users and the usability of the DTO methodology on What-if-scenarios, in line with the Mission priorities.
This deliverable presents the website of EDITO-Model Lab project. The website will be the central point of all digital communications and will act as a showroom to be populated with info on the main themes addressed by the project, its relevance in today’s society and how will the project add value and provide solutions to the associated issues. It will also serve as a repository of news and various communication materials on the project’s progress and results, providing details on the consortium as well. This project will be produced under Task 8.1.
The first version of the DMP describes the preliminary plan for the cycle for the data to be collected, processed and/or generated by EDITO-Model Lab, including the description of the management procedure, storage infrastructures and standards that will be used during the project. This document will be produced in T1.1.
