First policy briefA first policy brief will be submitted at the end of the first reporting period in month 9 to highlight the impact of the first tasks on the various stakeholders for Open Access academic books and notably research funders and institutions researchers publishers infrastructure providers libraries and national policymakers
Dissemination, outreach, engagement, and exploitation planThe deliverable will report at an early stage M2 the dissemination outreach and engagement plan for our communities This version will be updated at the end of each reporting period in months 9 and 24
Quality and Risk Management PlanThis deliverable will present a process to ensure and monitor the quality of the progress of the tasks and reports accordingly with the descriptions in the Grant Agreement A process will also describe the followup of the realisation of some critical risks and mitigation measures
