Second policy brief

A second policy brief will be submitted at the end of the second reporting period in month 24 to highlight the impact of the project on the various stakeholders for Open Access academic books and notably research funders and institutions, researchers, publishers, infrastructure providers, libraries, and national policymakers.

This deliverable will report the whole work carried out in the WP3 from M6 until M21.

Dissemination, outreach, engagement, and exploitation plan

The deliverable will report at an early stage M2 the dissemination, outreach, and engagement plan for our communities. This version will be updated at the end of each reporting period in months 9 and 24.

Report on compiling the Knowledge Base

This deliverable will report the description of the whole work carried out in WP2 from M1 until M15

Validation reports

The deliverable will report the work carried out in task 5.3 about validation management. The first version delivered in M15 during the second review will be updated in M21 ad M24 corresponding to the analysis of the knowledge base in WP3 and to the recommendations and resources led by the WP4.

Report with recommendations

The deliverable will report the work and results of task 4.1 about recommendations for institutional strategies and funder policies for open access books.

Quality and Risk Management Plan

This deliverable will present a process to ensure and monitor the quality of the progress of the tasks and reports accordingly with the descriptions in the Grant Agreement A process will also describe the followup of the realisation of some critical risks and mitigation measures

The deliverable will report the work carried out in task 4.2 about resources to support institutional strategies and funder policies for open access books

Data Management Plan (1)

Data Management Plan

The DMP will describe the collection, treatment, reuse, and saving of the data used for the project. As it is due in M6, at the early stage of the project, it will be updated on an iterative process to cover the different steps of the Knowledge base (building, analysis, recommendations, and validation). An update will be done at the end of each reporting period in months 9 and 24.
