Open access repository for systematic review data (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)To ensure open data exploitation of the evidence collected through the systematic literature reviews on exposure-response functions, allowing researchers worldwide to explore and valorise the data, this task will develop an open access repository for the raw data emerging from the systematic reviews . The repository will be built in GitHub, allowing to integrate the exposure-response function modelling within a single environment. The repository will be fed and maintained by DTU during the lifespan of the project, and maintained and expanded by the project partners afterwards.
The developed methodologies for quantifying and monetising of DALYs will be made available as an R package, shared via a public repository such as GitHub or CRAN.
