Cluster's common dissemination and communication strategy

In collaboration with the partners of the cluster, a strategy for the dissemination, exploitation and communication of project activities and results (will be developed, setting out the various tools, channels and target audiences through which the cluster will share and exploit results.

Cluster brochure

In collaboration with the partners of the cluster, a brochure will be developed to present the different partners, their projects and expertise and as well as the aims of the cluster.

Policy strategy of the cluster

A policy strategy for the cluster will be developed and adopted

Data Management Plan

The DMP will outline how collected, processed, and generated data will be handled during BEST-COST and after its completion, always pursuing data interoperability. It will outline: (a) how research data will be collected, processed or generated within the project; (b) what methodology and standards will be adopted; (c) whether and how this data will be shared and/or made open and /or can be easily found; (d) what legal, organisational and technical measures will be used to ensure its security and to safeguard the rights of individuals; (e) and how this data will be curated and preserved during and after the project. The existing ethical and legal frameworks (EU and national) applicable to the research activities in the BEST-COST project, in particular the use of health registries' data, will be reviewed.

Stakeholder engagement strategy

Develop strategy to promote, document and facilitate interaction with the different stakeholders of relevance to the project in order to ensure usefulness and usability of the novel methodological framework.

Cluster data management strategy

A common strategy will be developed to outline how data collected, processed, and generated will be handled during lifetime of the cluster and after its completion

Policy brief 1 for the cluster

In order to optimize synergies and increase the impact of the projects in the cluster a policy brief will be published at regular intervals

Plan for Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication

EHNet will develop a plan for the dissemination, exploitation and communication of project activities and results (DEC) , setting out the various tools, channels and target audiences through which BEST-COST will share and exploit results, updated according to partner and stakeholder feedback and monitoring The DEC will be harmonised with the data management plan (DMP) and will uphold the core focus on open access FAIR data and publications.

Scientific strategy of the cluster

A common scientific strategy for all projects in the cluster will be discussed and rolled out to increase the impact and possible integration of the projects and research
