Derivation of scores an exhaustive collection of clinical, biological and imaging data including biobank and imaging data from merged cohorts. Analyses includes predictor-outcomes associations, derivation of risk stratification models, calibration, adjustment for optimism and internal validation of the models, and elaboration of clinical decision model (decision rule)
