Identification of candidate biomarkers (for recurrentt VTE and bleeding) from systematic literature review/ Selection via Delphi technique including a large panel of expert physicians in the field, social scientist in order to select most relevant biomarkers that should be included in the TDMI tool.

Derivation of scores an exhaustive collection of clinical, biological and imaging data including biobank and imaging data from merged cohorts. Analyses includes predictor-outcomes associations, derivation of risk stratification models, calibration, adjustment for optimism and internal validation of the models, and elaboration of clinical decision model (decision rule)
