Identified relevant socio-anthropological markers to inform TDMI tool

Transcribe and analyse all interviews at the national and international levels, to extract relevant information for the multicomponent tool development. Analyses will be ready at the end of M16.

Selection of relevant biomarkers – Delphi1

Identification of candidate biomarkers (for recurrentt VTE and bleeding) from systematic literature review/ Selection via Delphi technique including a large panel of expert physicians in the field, social scientist in order to select most relevant biomarkers that should be included in the TDMI tool.

Derived scores from merged cohorts

Derivation of scores an exhaustive collection of clinical, biological and imaging data including biobank and imaging data from merged cohorts. Analyses includes predictor-outcomes associations, derivation of risk stratification models, calibration, adjustment for optimism and internal validation of the models, and elaboration of clinical decision model (decision rule)

"Qualitative studies midterm recruitment report for the ""ANTHROPO-MORPHEUS"" study"

"Conduct a multicentre semi-directive interview study (""Anthropo-Morpheus study"") in France, Spain and Denmark that includes 45 interviews with patients (15 in each country) and 15 interviews with practitioners (5 in each country)/ report at midterm recruitment will be provided (ie, on 25 interviews) ."
