This deliverable highlight the functionalities of the U-SIM tool with a focus on new features and improvements developed within the project and it shows the results of the simulations ran in the UPPER cities. The deliverable refers to task T3.2.A first version will be prepared in M16 which will be revised & updated in M28.
Gamified approach for co-creating inclusive PT solutions (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This deliverable provides guidelines for using a serious game for refining PT solutions and fine-tuning roadmaps for implementation. The report will indicate how to identify location and context dependent interactions between user needs and UPPER push&pull measures. The full report will document the co-creation process and inclusive PT solutions in the living labs. The deliverable will be presented in two parts: the first, scheduled for delivery in M7 will focus on the refinement of measures to be implemented in the UPPER cities and living labs, thus feeding into the inception report envisioned as D2.2. The second part of the deliverable will focus on the description and reporting of the gamification sessions held in the UPPER cities, thus providing knowledge for other interested cities outside of the consortium. The report refers to task 2.3 using inputs from tasks T2.1 and T2.2.
User groups' mobility needs, motivations and patterns (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This deliverable will provide comprehensive diagnosis of PT, by analysing information about patterns, needs, demand and requirements according to different user groups’ criteria, such as age, gender, economic status, geographical area, cultural diversity and mobility mode. Including the code and map user profiles, mobility patterns, effectiveness and satisfaction level.Refers to task T2.1
Diagnosis of PT in living labs, measures refinement and expected impact (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This deliverable will provide a baseline assessment of the role that PT plays in the mobility ecosystem in each of the living labs in the UPPER project. A refined and detailed description of the push&pull measures to be piloted and demonstrated in the living labs will be also incorporated, including an implementation and monitoring schedule, expected outputs, an initial list of indicators to monitor the progress and success of each measure, and the potential impact to be achieved. This deliverable refers to task T2.2 and T2.3 and will be used at various points in the project to measure and report on the effectiveness and impact of various measures implemented in the living labs.
Project management handbook (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The deliverable will provide guidance to all partners throughout the technical execution of the project. The deliverable will be used by the project Technical Manager to fulfil their task T1.2 of monitoring the quality assurance, continuously assess risks and conduct corrective actions when needed.
UPPER Measures, requirements and policy recommendations (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This deliverable will report on the technical and legal requirements to take into account for the development and implementation of the UPPER measures in the living labs and twinning cities. It also will incorporate a set of recommendations to be considered depending on the different local policy framework in place. The deliverable tefers to task T2.4.
This deliverable is the second release of the D8.1. It will provide a strategy and plan on how to communicate about and around the project, establishing guidelines for the type and format of communications with various stakeholders groups, channels of communication, etc. At periodic intervals, this strategy will be reviewed and updated by highlighting any events, high-level or technical conferences where the project must be presented, allowing relevant project partners to coordinate their efforts and effectively disseminate project results and outcomes. The deliverable refers to task T8.2.To be revised in M25, M36
Plan for dissemination, exploitation and communication activities (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This deliverable will provide a strategy and plan on how to communicate about and around the project, establishing guidelines for the type and format of communications with various stakeholders groups, channels of communication, etc. At periodic intervals, this strategy will be reviewed and updated by highlighting any events, high-level or technical conferences where the project must be presented, allowing relevant project partners to coordinate their efforts and effectively disseminate project results and outcomes. The deliverable refers to task T8.2.To be revised in M18, M25, M36
This deliverable will detail the data management lifecycle for data collected, processed, or generated as part of the project activities and particularly through the push-pull measures implemented in the 10 sites targeted in the project. Refers to Task T1.3.Deliverable to be revised and updated in M18, M36, M48
Data Management Plan v2 (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This deliverable is the first revised version of the D1.2. It will detail the data management lifecycle for data collected, processed, or generated as part of the project activities and particularly through the push-pull measures implemented in the 10 sites targeted in the project. Refers to Task T1.3.Deliverable to be revised and updated in M36, M48
This deliverable will report on the design of services, functionalities and specifications of U-TWIN as well as the development, implementation and validation work. It will include the data models, data exchanges, protocols, algorithms and mock-ups of the solution. A first version will be submitted in M16 and revised in M28 to address the specific needs of the measures that be demonstrated at the UPPER demos. The deliverable refers to task T3.1.
U-GOV: A novel platform to ease user participation in PT strategies (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The first version of the deliverable (M16) will describe the content and architecture of the platform, describing the modules that it will contain, how it works, how the access to the platform will be managed, requirements to use it, its functionalities, the concept design of the front-end for each user profile. This deliverable will be used by ETRA to create the platform. The second version (M28) will be the platform to be tested in the living labs. The deliverable refers to task T5.1.
U-NEED: A tool to optimise the PT offer in line with the user mobility patterns (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This deliverable will develop a tool for optimizing the scheduling of the Public Transport vehicles based on demand forecast and other external inputs such as congestion. It includes documentation of the methodology applied by this tool as well as guidelines on how to use it.The deliverable refers to task T4.1.To be revised in M28
U-SUMP: Data-based planning for climate-neutrality with PT as backbone (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This deliverable provides guidance for city & regional planner and decision-makers as regards data-based planning to support achieving climate-neutrality with public transport systems as the backbone. Results from the explorative data tasting workshops as well as the dashboard solution developed in Task 3.3 will be assessed and fed into the guidance document which will be first developed in M16 and revised & updated in M28.
