U-SIM: A simulation based tool to evaluate the short and medium-large term impact of the urban mobility measures. (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

This deliverable highlight the functionalities of the U-SIM tool with a focus on new features and improvements developed within the project and it shows the results of the simulations ran in the UPPER cities.The deliverable refers to task T3.2.A first version will be prepared in M16 which will be revised & updated in M28.

Gamified approach for co-creating inclusive PT solutions (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

This deliverable provides guidelines for using a serious game for refining PT solutions and fine-tuning roadmaps for implementation. The report will indicate how to identify location and context dependent interactions between user needs and UPPER push&pull measures. The full report will document the co-creation process and inclusive PT solutions in the living labs. The deliverable will be presented in two parts: the first, scheduled for delivery in M7 will focus on the refinement of measures to be implemented in the UPPER cities and living labs, thus feeding into the inception report envisioned as D2.2. The second part of the deliverable will focus on the description and reporting of the gamification sessions held in the UPPER cities, thus providing knowledge for other interested cities outside of the consortium.The report refers to task 2.3 using inputs from tasks T2.1 and T2.2.

Roadmap of the use of the UPPER tools in the measures life cycle (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

This deliverable will report on the results of the iterative process carried out to identify and assign how the UPPER solutions toolkit will be used to maximise the impact of each one of the local measures to be implemented. Demo sites leaders and technology/solutions providers will define the usage scenarios for the solutions that will be tested for each one of the measures proposed.The deliverable refers to task T6.1.

User groups' mobility needs, motivations and patterns (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

This deliverable will provide comprehensive diagnosis of PT, by analysing information about patterns, needs, demand and requirements according to different user groups’ criteria, such as age, gender, economic status, geographical area, cultural diversity and mobility mode. Including the code and map user profiles, mobility patterns, effectiveness and satisfaction level.Refers to task T2.1

Demonstration concept and implementation plan (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

The deliverable will summarize the demos´ approach and focus for UPPER demonstration and will specify the pilot preliminary work for measures implementation with regard to needed infrastructure (location, technology, regulations), software components as well as existing services and systems in which new concepts and solutions should be integrated. Thus, D6.2 defines the technical concept and requirements for upcoming implementation activities in T6.4.

Final cross-site evaluation handbook incl. main impact categories and assessment KPIs related to measures (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

This deliverable presents the UPPER impact and process evaluation framework, consistent with the CIVITAS Evaluation Framework.The deliverable refers to task T7.1.

Diagnosis of PT in living labs, measures refinement and expected impact (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

This deliverable will provide a baseline assessment of the role that PT plays in the mobility ecosystem in each of the living labs in the UPPER project. A refined and detailed description of the push&pull measures to be piloted and demonstrated in the living labs will be also incorporated, including an implementation and monitoring schedule, expected outputs, an initial list of indicators to monitor the progress and success of each measure, and the potential impact to be achieved.This deliverable refers to task T2.2 and T2.3 and will be used at various points in the project to measure and report on the effectiveness and impact of various measures implemented in the living labs.

The deliverable will provide guidance to all partners throughout the technical execution of the project. The deliverable will be used by the project Technical Manager to fulfil their task T1.2 of monitoring the quality assurance, continuously assess risks and conduct corrective actions when needed.

With each measure and demonstration undertaken as part of the UPPER toolkit, the value proposition, customer relation and strategy for the further uptake of measures. For measures successfully taken up, commercialization and exploitation plans detailing actions to be undertaken in both DEMO and Twinning sites beyond the lifetime of the UPPER project. The deliverable refers to subtasks T8.4.1 and T8.4.2.Will be revised in M48.

This deliverable will gather the results of the work performed in the measures defined in T3.4, aiming at incorporating new concepts of urban mobility planning to advance towards sustainable and Public Transport oriented urban spaces and increase the use of PT.

This deliverable will report on the technical and legal requirements to take into account for the development and implementation of the UPPER measures in the living labs and twinning cities. It also will incorporate a set of recommendations to be considered depending on the different local policy framework in place.The deliverable tefers to task T2.4.

The deliverable will address pricing measures, spatial interventions (such as pedestrian zones), vehicle characteristics based measures (weight, dimensions, drive train). Integrational aspects with PT will be specifically addressed.The deliverable refers to task T3.5.

This deliverable is the second release of the D8.1. It will provide a strategy and plan on how to communicate about and around the project, establishing guidelines for the type and format of communications with various stakeholders groups, channels of communication, etc. At periodic intervals, this strategy will be reviewed and updated by highlighting any events, high-level or technical conferences where the project must be presented, allowing relevant project partners to coordinate their efforts and effectively disseminate project results and outcomes.The deliverable refers to task T8.2.To be revised in M25, M36

U-TWIN: Integrated mobility solution for urban and peri-urban digital twins (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

This deliverable will report on the design of services, functionalities and specifications of U-TWIN as well as the development, implementation and validation work. It will include the data models, data exchanges, protocols, algorithms and mock-ups of the solution. A first version will be submitted in M16 and revised in M28 to address the specific needs of the measures that be demonstrated at the UPPER demos. The deliverable refers to task T3.1.

U-GOV: A novel platform to ease user participation in PT strategies (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

The first version of the deliverable (M16) will describe the content and architecture of the platform, describing the modules that it will contain, how it works, how the access to the platform will be managed, requirements to use it, its functionalities, the concept design of the front-end for each user profile. This deliverable will be used by ETRA to create the platform. The second version (M28) will be the platform to be tested in the living labs.The deliverable refers to task T5.1.

U-NEED: A tool to optimise the PT offer in line with the user mobility patterns (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

This deliverable will develop a tool for optimizing the scheduling of the Public Transport vehicles based on demand forecast and other external inputs such as congestion. It includes documentation of the methodology applied by this tool as well as guidelines on how to use it.The deliverable refers to task T4.1.To be revised in M28

This deliverable will develop a toolbox to enrich mobility data lakes with real world (operators and users) and simulated data sets, including data capturing and sharing mechanisms. It includes documentation of how the tool works.The deliverable refers to task T4.2.

Toolkit to incentivise mobility active modes in UPPER living labs (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

This deliverable will include a collection and a description of the successful initiatives in active transport modalities, classified depending on different user profiles (including vulnerable users). The report will also include recommendations of different incentives’ types to promote the active mobility in the living labs.The deliverable refers to task T5.2.

This deliverable will include recommendations to firmly establish a behavioural change in mobility attracting users from private cars and promoting PT as a green, safe, inclusive, and social space. These recommendations will feed the development of new services and digital tools to raise awareness on the benefits and positive environmental impact of modal shift, triggering behavioural change towards PT.The deliverable refers to task T5.4

This deliverable is the second release of the D3.3. It provides guidance for city & regional planner and decision-makers as regards data-based planning to support achieving climate-neutrality with public transport systems as the backbone. Results from the explorative data tasting workshops as well as the dashboard solution developed in Task 3.3 will be assessed and fed into the guidance document

Second release of D8.2An integral part of the UPPER toolkit, U-KNOW will be the main portal allowing all interested stakeholders to exchange knowledge on Public Transport efficiency , adoption of innovative solutions, mobility ecosystem innovation. Starting from the current State of the Art established in the CIVITAS SATELLITE innovation action, the U-KNOW portal is expected to move beyond this, providing information on the most advanced innovations and stimulating debate in the PT Research and Innovation community. This periodically updated report will take stock of the implementation and progress made by U-KNOW in reaching these objectives.The deliverable refers to task T8.1.

The deliverable will show a list of recommendations and solutions for the improvement of the PT perception. It will be generated from the results of the surveys that will collect the citizen’s perception. The strategies and solutions developed by the living labs will be tuned according to the identified Quality of Service classes.The deliverable refers to task T5.3.
