End-to-end design of next generation smart optical networks

Results of all tasks, reporting on the end-to-end MBoSDM transport including 5G+ access, optical subsystems, packet-optical solutions, and optical monitoring.

Year 1 report on standardization, communication, and dissemination activities

D6.1 will summarize the activities carried-out during the first year of the project; this includes creation of the project website; developing dissemination strategy plans for initial dissemination and exploitation plans, and communicating across the project partners, identification of which SDOs to target for SEASON work proposals.

Definition of use cases, requirements, and reference network architecture

This deliverable will include: i) service and network use cases and KPIs; ii) high-level technical and functional requirements for SEASON solutions; iii) reference networks for design, planning and techno-economic evaluation.

First design and implementation of control plane infrastructure

Results of all tasks, reporting on monitoring/telemetry, single and multi-domain control solutions, AI/ML-based self-management.
