In the initial 18 months of the project, we've laid down foundational protocol procedures, including project management and quality plans. Additionally, we've set up monthly meetings for each work package to ensure smooth progress. The Communication, Dissemination, and Exploitation work package has made significant headway, establishing key components such as the Communication, Dissemination, and Exploitation Plan, a dedicated website, social media accounts, newsletters, booklets, and one-page leaflets.
