As IARC is currently performing a qualitative study on the current edition of the ECAC in many EU countries (including Italy and Portugal), following the COM-B model principles of perceived individuals capability, opportunity, and motivation towards the adoption of cancer prevention measures, this protocol will be extended to Romania and Bulgaria at the start of the project.

Management & Good Governance and Practice (opens in new window)

Task 1.1 Management & Good Governance Protocols, Practices; Lead INOMED/All (M1-on-going): It advances collaboration across Consortium partners and successful completion of R&I designs at National, European, and International (i.e. Public-Private & Citizens). For this project further engagement with partners will deliver management and good governance practices for 4P-CAN, and ensure that knowledge is disseminated to programs/partners at all levels. Since many of the partners do not have Gender Equality Plans established, during 4P-CAN project, well assist them with the implementation of it. The overall structure of the management and decision-making tree is formed of Coordinator (INOMED), Steering Committee (WPs Leads), and General Assembly (All partners).

Set of performance indicators (opens in new window)

A scoping review (scientific and grey literature) of performance indicators used to assess and evaluate the implementation of CPP actions/initiatives/policies will be carried through the task. Based on the established indicators (D2.1), relevant stakeholders will be mapped (T.2.1.1 and T.2.2.2.) and the identification of performance indicators will guide the development of tasks T2.2 to T2.5.

The data management plan will follow the template provided by the EC. The preparation of the Data Management Plan will include a common chapter on the Prevention and early detection cluster. The aim is of the chapter is to address commonalities in data standards, data validation, data protection and foster data exchange.
