Management & Good Governance and Practice

Task 1.1 Management & Good Governance Protocols, Practices; Lead INOMED/All (M1-on-going): It advances ‘collaboration’ across Consortium partners and successful completion of R&I designs at National, European, and International (i.e. Public-Private & Citizens). For this project further engagement with partners will deliver management and good governance practices for 4P-CAN, and ensure that knowledge is disseminated to programs/partners at all levels. Since many of the partners do not have Gender Equality Plans established, during 4P-CAN project, we’ll assist them with the implementation of it. The overall structure of the management and decision-making tree is formed of Coordinator (INOMED), Steering Committee (WP’s Leads), and General Assembly (All partners).

Summary of Focus Groups

Creating research synergies between the pandemic and cancer prevention. the Focus Groups technique will be used to assess this hypothesis and the relevance and pertinence of these results within the different countries of the consortium (e.g. Portugal). The aim will be to understand, based on the survey results and subsequent comparison with other studies, how professionals perceive the relevance of government and institutional trust in different national, regional, and social contexts.

Set of performance indicators

As IARC is currently performing a qualitative study on the current edition of the ECAC in many EU countries (including Italy and Portugal), following the COM-B model principles of perceived individuals’ capability, opportunity, and motivation towards the adoption of cancer prevention measures, this protocol will be extended to Romania and Bulgaria at the start of the project.
