During the project we defined innovative business model, performed market and competitor analysis, market positioning, identifying growth opportunities, and outlining the steps that will lead to a sustainable success. We have also compiled a list of certifications needed for Solar Babysitter product to enable access to different global markets within and outside of the EU. In addition, investment and patent analyses were performed, investment strategy was developed. Diverse knowledge gained during the implementation of the project was used in the preparation of the Product Exploitation Plan.
Project team underwent extensive coaching and mentoring courses, that allowed to use the networking events more efficiently for the company, product, and project needs, as well as develop a wide network of contacts for both joint RTD activities and partnering in business.
