Periodic Reporting for period 1 - SOLAR BABYSITTER ("Solar BabySitter"- technology to change solar world)
Okres sprawozdawczy: 2023-06-01 do 2024-02-29
Overall project objectives are threefold:
- Through mentoring and coaching, have REDIGA’s team gain the skills and knowledge needed in business models, fundraising and growth strategies, in order to upgrade the product, SOLAR BABYSITTER, fast enough to be at the forefront of this market sector.
- To develop a wide and strong business partner network, for both market validation campaign and further partnerships, through various pitching and networking events organized by InvestEU, EEN, EIC Woman Leadership Programme and others.
- To catch the attention of tech-savvy women for them to consider STEM fields, and especially the PV sector as a career option. We believe the PV field would benefit greatly from more diverse voices and minds.
Project team underwent extensive coaching and mentoring courses, that allowed to use the networking events more efficiently for the company, product, and project needs, as well as develop a wide network of contacts for both joint RTD activities and partnering in business.
The Pitch deck presentation for investors, technological and business growth roadmap, product exploitation plan, as well as soft skills developed through coaching and mentoring are the main tangible achievements.
During the project a wide range of mentoring and coaching services allowed REDIGA team members to develop not only the skills and knowledge, but also a business and growth strategy, as well as determine fundraising options for fast market uptake of our innovative product and accelerated growth of the company.
Intense networking campaign of actively participating in conferences, business/science missions & B2B networking workshops, pitching events, B2B direct visits and meetings (organised by InvestEU, EEN and EIC Woman Leadership Programme, and others) has significantly expanded our partner network, and has led to joint RTD activities and close partnerships for further developing our product and increasing it’s TRL. Personal connections made throughout this project has already resulted in multiple collaborations on funding applications and RTD projects.
Our extensive dissemination campaign through social media and active participation in women leadership groups and programmes has been significantly more successful than expected at the start of the project, not only promoting the project but also women’s work and leadership in STEM and STEM based business.
