The DMP will outline how data will be handled both during and after the project is over, taking GDPR issues and the many forms of data that can be gathered, processed, and/or created into account. It will support the open dissemination of research data through the project's online platform and other channels. Data preservation during and after the project's lifecycle will also be taken into account.
Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation Plan

During the project's first quarter, a cooperative communication strategy will be made with partners by SEGE. Following that, a meeting will be conducted every six months to discuss about the communication and promotion strategies into effect. According to this meeting, communication work plans will be modified annually.
Quality and Risk Assessment Plan

A quality and risk management plan (QRMP) will be prepared in the first 6 months of the project. The QRM will prepare quality assessment forms and collect data from the project staff (internal assessment), project participants and the stakeholders (external assessment). QRMP will prepare 6 monthly quality assessment reports based on the collected data. The appointed QRM will oversee and analyse the risk factors that will arise within the implantation of the project with the help of project managers. After analysing the risk factors, the risk manager will organize meetings with related project partners and the project coordinator and propose solutions to overcome the risks. QRMP will be an item of all 6 monthly project meetings.
