Final Meeting

In the final month of the project, the project partners will come together again to discuss the outputs of the project and the exploitation activities. This meeting will be held online.

Promotional materials

Each consortium will create own promotional materials and also, social media accounts will be create.

The central information points

The central information points will be established. These points will be physical centres for the accelerator partners in the consortium (EGE TDZ, SEGE, NW RDA) and will work as the first point of contact for foreign investors.

International brokerage events

"CleanTech Business Institute will organize ""International Brokerage Events"". This event will help to attract and connect international with local investors, with peer-to-peer investor matching options to encourage joint ventures."

Kick-off Meeting

The kick-off meeting will be the first official meeting among project partners. It will be organized online after the signing of the consortium agreement. In this meeting, the project partners will gather to further discuss the project's tasks, activities, work packages, objectives, and outputs. Moreover, the distribution of effort and budget will be analyzed in detail.

Data Management Plan

The DMP will outline how data will be handled both during and after the project is over, taking GDPR issues and the many forms of data that can be gathered, processed, and/or created into account. It will support the open dissemination of research data through the project's online platform and other channels. Data preservation during and after the project's lifecycle will also be taken into account.

Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation Plan

During the project's first quarter, a cooperative communication strategy will be made with partners by SEGE. Following that, a meeting will be conducted every six months to discuss about the communication and promotion strategies into effect. According to this meeting, communication work plans will be modified annually.

Quality and Risk Assessment Plan

A quality and risk management plan (QRMP) will be prepared in the first 6 months of the project. The QRM will prepare quality assessment forms and collect data from the project staff (internal assessment), project participants and the stakeholders (external assessment). QRMP will prepare 6 monthly quality assessment reports based on the collected data. The appointed QRM will oversee and analyse the risk factors that will arise within the implantation of the project with the help of project managers. After analysing the risk factors, the risk manager will organize meetings with related project partners and the project coordinator and propose solutions to overcome the risks. QRMP will be an item of all 6 monthly project meetings.

A Recommendation list

ENCO will prepare listing recommendation that regarding local authorities and European regulators for investors. ENCO will work as a business network and collect the related guidance from the CBI, BAC, and CBN. In addition, EGE TDZ, SEGE, and NW RDA will also support this process with their experience from the perspective of the accelerators.

The guides’ responsibility and roles

The guides will serve as the first contacts in the central information points. The responsibility and roles of the guides will be defined before establishing the points.

The strategy for investors

The strategy for investors will be prepared by project partners. In the process, the strategies described in the methodology will be applied to guide the investors correctly and match their needs. This way, routings with minimum time loss and high efficiency will be made.

Best Practices

End of the project will share “best practice” samples. Future and current entrepreneurs and investors will be informed about best practices which will be the outcome. Even beyond the project's lifetime, the project's results will foster entrepreneurs' and investors' competencies and provide them with networking opportunities.

Invest2Scale Platform

The project platform will be developed. The startups will be able to create profiles and explain their technologies in this network. Thus, they will be visible to investors who would like to invest, and the visibility of the startups' technologies will be increased. The platform will serve as the website of the project as well.
